DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY! He is a SCUM. I lost $6000.00 and up to this day not a penny has been paid. Go find an honest and decent human being instead of this monster.Review from James T

After dropping off my docs. It took 6 weeks to get my taxes completed. After which, they wanted 1500 for simple 1040 and state. When I rejected it, they came back with 900. Simply nuts. The young lady that works in the Mansfield office, is a trainee. She doesn’t understand taxes and certainly not a customer support person not at any fault of her own. She is simply not trained. The people in the Columbus office appear to be incompetent. Several phone calls without return., text messages without a call. And then the surprise of $1500. Simply sad very unprofessional and not worth your time. Go anywhere but here.

James Thornberry has never been our client. I reviewed back 18 years and he is not listed we do not work in Zip code 44903. We do not have an office in Mansfield. I do not have multiple offices. Negative stars is what I would like to rate my experience as. DO NOT GO TO WOOD BOOKKEEPING. Worst experience of my life!!! I've had to *** him because he messed up my tax return so bad and then said he would pay the *** penalties and he never did. He lied to us on multiple occasions and said he almost had our taxes done and then called three weeks later and it turned out he hadn't even started them. He then messed them up, 6 months later we receiving a letter from the *** saying it was wrong, he tried to fix it, he messed that up again and then tried to blamed the error on his third party vendor who sends the tax return. He is not accountable for anything and completely disorganized. The guy is a shyster. Additionally, my mom is an 80 year old lady who took her taxes in and she didn't make enough so she didn't even have to file taxes. He told her that he filed her taxes and he'd see her next year. She doesn't need to see accountant ever because she makes so little but he didn't tell her that. Meanwhile he didn't even do anything. He was hoping she would show up every year and pay him $100 thinking he did something and he didn't have to do anything. He did the same thing to her 80 year old friend. He ripped off two old ladies. He has no ethics. This review is only the tip of the iceberg of the issues with this guy. There's a specials place in h*** for people like him. Lots of people can crunch numbers. Now he is trying to extort me for over 400 dollars just to get my own w2s and tax info back. He refused so now I am taking him to court. He is a very strange acting unprofessional person I have ever seen. I wish I had checked him out before I went there for an estimate for my taxes. I would have ran. He has been turned in to the ******** Attorney General as well as the BBB by me as well as many others.RUN RUN RUN
