            I contacted this company in December 2023 and he came to my home and gave me an estimate for doors and trim of 14,000. He requested 7,000 down and I signed a contract to provide the rest at the end of the job. After working for two days, he contacted me and told me that one of his employees stole all of my materials and the only way he could move forward was for me to repurchase the materials. I refused to give him any more money and he will not refund me any of the down payment and he does not have the materials to complete the job. My house is a mess, missing doors and trim. The sad part is my husband passed away two weeks before I contacted this company and they were aware of that and still did this to me.

            I have contracted MPM, LLC on several occassions to either repair existing components of my home or construct new ones, and every time they have surpassed my expectations and worked well within my budget. I can't say enough good things about this business and the work they do. From the free estimates and caring team members who actually listen to your ideas and concerns, to the level of detail and care that goes into every part of their craftsmanship. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.
