Today May 3rd 2024. My husband came in and made a card purchase of $52.85 for 2 GeekBar vapes and drinks. We both come here multiple times a week so I am aware of the sign they have. But when my husband gets home and I open my vape and there is liquid in the plastic it's obviously broken. So I called asking if we could exchange tomorrow bc obviously it's manufacturing issue with this one. The woman I spoke to said maybe. I asked for a manager bc I didn't want to drive back there for a maybe. The woman tells him, here **** talk to her because she won't listen to me. No I asked for a yes or no answer. He gets on the phone and says he doesn't have the authority to do that or answer that question so call back Monday. 3 days later? I just want to exchange the vape that was already broken when I bought it.Business response

It is our policy not to return Vapes. We do make exceptions for damage product. I did contact the customer and her Vape was replaced. She was satisfied with this outcome. My employees have been reminded about damage goods replacement and are to notify me if they have any concerns about exchanging the product.

On 28 May 2022, I had visited the Rickenbacker Marathon on London Groveport. The time was 4:29 PM. I bought two donuts, Carmel Dittos, and gas for $22.02. The total closed out at $25.00. I gave the Caucasian male $40.00. He was wearing sunglasses. He didn't count my change first of all and I received no money back. The Caucasian male was doing fist bumps with customers in agreement while talking about my transaction. The lady that worked with him, wasn't in the area before or during the transaction. She was around after the transaction. I asked her for the General Manager's Sam and phone number. I called the Sheriff's hotline and a Groveport patrol officer to visit this store and I would have rather him reject my $40.00 for $25.00 even. This is the worst service that I have ever had here at this store. I work near this store.Business response

After reviewing the camera footage from May 28 the incident in question took place at 17:18:20. The footage has shown that Mr. ****** had indeed handed our Cashier a $20 and a $5 bill. With the purchase of the donuts and the Dittos the transaction closed with the rest of the amount to be taken in gas (22.02). I did contact Mr. ****** and explained our finding to him and he was in full agreement.
