              On August 30, 2024, I took my 2019 **** F150 truck to Ricart ******************* At the time I took the truck in I did not have any transmission fluid leaking underneath the vehicle. The ****************** looked at the truck and said the transmission lines were *****, and it would cost over $1,000 to repair the lines. When I went to pick up the truck I was then told the lines were leaking and it needed to be repaired. When I took the truck in it was drivable and now it is not drivable. Now I do not have a way back and forth to work because their service shop caused the lines to leak and refusing to fix them.Also, they charged me $247.47 just to look at my truck and they made it not drivable.

              **** sold me a used truck a month ago. Not even an hour after I drove it off the lot, the check engine light came on. I called immediately & was asked to bring it back in the next day. **** told me several times that he would give me a follow up call about what was going on, but actually ghosted me. After three weeks without a call, I contacted the service department. Whoever I spoke with told me that finding & repairing the issue wasn't a priority because they're not making money on it. Thanks a lot, that's a great way to do business. I still don't have my truck. Steer clear of this dealership.

              We apologize for the timeframe it took to diagnose the electrical concern. When the customer first brought the vehicle back an hour after taking delivery for the check engine light we offered to take the vehicle back . The customer wanted the vehicle so we provided a loaner while working on the unit. We also had the manufacturer involved. The vehicle was completed on 9/25. We offered to deliver the vehicle, the customer choose to pick it up this Saturday. Again, we apologize for the delay.
