I don't think my husband and I could have been more disappointed. While Richard did show up on the day he said he would, the aftermath was unbelievable. We had asked him to access our panel at another location, and after some conversation, he stated why he could not do this, as this is where our pool electric is. Understandable. After coming home from work, much to my surprise, we had half of our backyard torn up with a backhoe that we could have trenched by hand at the depth he needed in a matter of hours. I had plants destroyed, tree limbs broken, he buried my memorial stones in my plant beds, and then proceeded to run the electric line OVER TOP of my decorative retaining wall and did not attach the conduit to anything! It looks like a garden hose and moves easily--I am sure that won't be a problem. NOT! In addition to the yard be a complete disaster that will be in need of a dump truck load of topsoil and sod to fix, my husband had to level the ground himself. This took him nearly 3.5 hours. Again, it would have been a lot easier and cost less of a cluster @#$% in time and material for us to hand trench an 18" deep by 4" wide area instead of a foot and a half wide mote to fit a 1" diameter conduit. Unbelievable. He also drilled holes through our deck joists to run the electric rather than attaching it to the foundation. Another idiotic move! We are tearing down our deck this year to rebuild and now we have to worry about our hot tub electric again! All of this for the low, low price of $6500.00!!! Guess we were suckers and just wanted our enjoyment instead of waiting for a more qualified individual. Being "nice" does not constitute quality work. Worst experience EVER. Thanks, Richard.
