  $2200 cash paid 1/19/2024 to start services. Met and discussed cost of everything. Remaining balance to be paid once job is finished and final walk through is complete ($3196) $200 paid 1/17/2024 (replace piping). Was given new cooper pipe to scrap that was bought and unused. ($40 to be taken off final amount). I was told that the job would start 1/15/2024 and be finished 1/18/2024. I have a tenant that moved in 1/18/2024, and we both have gone without a toilet and shower. Its 1/30/2024 and the bathroom is unfinished, but has a working toilet/shower (Day 16 of unfinished bathroom). I could have lost money if my tenant was not very patient and understanding. Paid $3100 on 1/20/2024 to get the job done. Udy said 3100 was fair and the remaining $58 was excused (verbal). Udy said he would not charge extra labor for pipe replacement. Additional labor costs were not discussed past day 4 when job was supposed to be finished. Udy was agreeable to buying supplies, and not charging me. I was informed I owed an additional $480 for materials that were not agreed upon, or spoken about. Home was left in worse condition than prior to work, cracked/scratched hard word floors, cracked and damaged door frame, fitness pole knocked out of place, dust on every surface. Pictures knocked off of walls, and doors left wide open in 12 degree weather, with pet inside the home. Udy and his company did not come during communicated time frames, and would stay up until 9PM working. Unfinished flooring including cracks in mortar, gaps in flooring, vanity not hung up, toilet seat not replaced, bathtub drain not installed, drywall incomplete, and uneven, unsanded walls that need painted. I informed I would complete the unfinished work, and do not want them to return. Udy offered to drop the vanity mirror off, and be done with the project, then Udy said he would rip out bathroom if he did not get the additional money requested. Udy said he would not repair what was damaged by him and his company during work. Happy to supply text messages, emails, and photos (before and after)
