      I bought 350.00 dollars of jiffy lube gift cards. Whe I went to get my vehicle serviced they told me my ********* ******** was too heavy for the lifts that Jiffy Lubes have. I now have giftcards to a car service center that cant service my vehicle. I tried calling corporate but they keep transferring me to different departments and back to corporate. I believe they dont want to refund me and keep the money knowing they cant service my vehicle.

      On behalf of everyone at Jiffy Lube, I apologize that he was not completely satisfied with his service.  We service over 50,000 vehicles nationwide on a weekly bases and strive to give every customer the quality service they expect and deserve.  We regret that *** ********* service experience did not meet this standard.  His information has been forwarded to our Regional Manager so we can prevent these types of issue from happening in the future.  Our company is unclear which Jiffy Lube store *** ******* visited, but all of the Jiffy Lube store should be able to lift and service his ********* ********.  If he wishes to discuss the situation, please have him call our office directly.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below. I've called their ***** location, ******** location, and ********** location.  Jiffy Lube all have the same type of lifts at their repair centers. The limit on the lifts that they use have a max weight. My 2003 ********* ******** exceeds the max weight of the lifts. The letter states that all Jiffy Lubes are equipped to handle my vehicles. The author is mistaken on the company policy. They also have records from every Jiffy Lube location I've reached out to in my complaints handled by Jiffy Lube Corporate. In the letter it states they have no information regarding which locations I've visited.

      Per phone call with the customer:

      I actually sold the gift cards to a third party & no longer have them.

      No, I did not buy the gift cards.  It was actually a bonus received from my place of work.
