              I ordered 2 turkey sandwiches. One order added french fries and the other egg salad. When I go home I had 2 egg salad sandwiches, i cup of egg salad, and 2 orders of fries. I called back and spoke to the young blonde girl that helped me and not once did she apologize. She just said to bring the food back and I do not live close to this store. I asked if they would comp me for the mistake and she said she could not make that decision. I asked for a manager and she said they did not have one. She said that they would remake my order, but at this point, I just wanted my money back. She then said that she was not sure how to do that because I paid with a credit card until she finally refunded me with cash. Not once did she apologize. She just offered an excuse for the guy that made the mistake. She clearly wrote #53 on the ticket so it is baffling how they could screw up a simple order. To have a business that does not have anyone to correct any mistakes such as this is a business that is run poorly. That was my last trip to Red Squirrel.
