I wish I would have read the reviews before driving from Indy to look at a 2012 Ford F150. I repeat…..I’m not accusing them of anything except as weeks passed my emergency brake was not working. Being a mechanical hobbyist for 55 years I said it was a simple adjustment. Could not adjust because the parking brake was removed (they are a pain to replace). They want me to drive two hours when all I wanted was to reimburse me for the parts. When I did get home after buying the vehicle the drivers side front tire was overinflated by 35#’s. While going thru the vehicle I noticed the upper control arm on that same side was needing replaced. Over inflating the tire would compensate for any pulling to the left. Fishy huh! Coincidence???? Be careful…..

I want to remind the customer that he purchased a used 11 years old vehicle and it was sold 100% As Is. However, in an effort to keep the customer satisfied, we offered to do this very minor repair to vehicle at no cost to him at our facility. The customer did not want do this.

And all i wanted was just to refund the cost of the brakes. Read the reviews..this place is very suspicious. Be aware before you buy. Both of my complaints were covered up not to be discovered in the test drive. Hide behind your paperwork bought as is! If my tire would have blown on the way home causing serious injuries. What if i parked the truck on a hill, applied the brakes and it rolled and injured someone! BBB, you better wake up..they wont!

My spouse purchased a vehicle from Bob, who his employees, and himself, has repeatedly stated, is the owner of International Auto Outlet, LLC. Unfortunately, my family and I have run into some life threatening health issues with members of our family that needed addressed immediately, or else there would be severe, tragic, consequences. That required a reduction in hours at work which means less money made to pay bills. My wife wanting to get ahead and be polite alerted all the bills that would regrettably not be paid on time. All of them were understandably disappointed in the news but stated that as long as payment arrangements were made then it would be okay including Bob from International Auto Outlet. During this time my spouse had told Bob that the key fob did not lock the vehicle causing it to become a major risk for theft knowing that the key fob could not lock the vehicle. Every day multiple times a day for over a week Bob had stated he would gladly and happily fix the key fob at no charge knowing how risky that was owning a vehicle with a key fob that was unable to secure the automobile. Well again during that time frame that was just explicitly stated it didn't matter if it was 4am, 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, noon, 1pm, 2pm. 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, midnight; Sunday. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Thursday, Friday, Saturday he had to let my spouse know that his mechanics were not available to fix the key fob and he did not know when they would be available despite Bob having stated repeatedly that he is the owner of International Auto Outlet, LLC. As my spouse was to make her payment on the agreed opon date which she tearfully apologized profusely through a torrential downpour of tears that caused a severe panic attack Bob hired someone to repossess the vehicle. As my spouse pleaded with the tow truck owner. The driver stated if he didn't gain possession of the vehicle there would be severe repurcussions from Bob.

I am really sorry for Ms. ****** situation, but her statement needs correction. Ms. ****** financed the vehicle with ******** Financial Company and defaulted in her payment, her contract became delinquent and the vehicle was repossessed. This is no fault to International Auto Outlet.

Rip-Off Artists Stay Far Away!I bought what I thought was a mint condition 2006 Hummer with a little over 60K miles on it from these guys and boy did I make a mistake! I put less than 200 miles on it before all of the problems popped up. The transmission had to be rebuilt, the brake booster had to be replaced and the fuel evap system was a mess. What my mechanic (who Ive known for 7 years) told me is that he believed the dealership cleared all of the trouble codes before I went to look at the vehicle. When I called them and asked them to make it right, they gave me a line of BS and eventually just said no. There are a lot of places you can go top buy a used car, do yourself a favor and dont go here!

Mr. ******* statement is inaccurate, International Auto Outlet sold Mr. ******* a very nice Hummer, Mr. ******* contacted us and stated he has a problem with the vehicle, we advised him to bring the vehicle in for service to verify the problem and repair it at no cost to him. Mr. ******* insisted that he is 2 hours away and can not bring the vehicle in and he wants to repair it at his own shop. The only acceptable solution to Mr. ******* is for us to make a payment to him for $3000. We advised Mr. ******* that we will not make this payment especially that he refused to afford us the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and verify his claim.

You are the type of used car salesmen who give used car salesmen a bad name. Had I read the reviews on your dealership, I would have never have done business with you. It looks like I'm not the only one you stung this way.
