            The company gave me an estimate to put up a retaining wall in May,2019. It was done September 2019. The job was never completed. He was supposed to install outside railings, fix an electrical problem that they caused, and fix cracks in the concrete that cracked within one month, and seal concrete. Someone did come and partially fix the electrical work, but all of the other work was never completed. I have called multiple times and left messages and did not get any response.

            We contacted Clarence, quick to show up to give us a bid. Scheduled us for 2 weeks later, didnt call or show up. We called him, told us every week for the next 6 weeks they would be out Friday or Monday. After 7 1/2 weeks, Now having to take legal action to get our money back.

            We have already been there to pressure wash and seal his patio. We have brought our forms there to formic his job. This guy has waited less than anybody. We have people that have been waiting patiently for over a year now. Between all the rain and lack of help....lost some of our people in during this unpresidented times and people don't want to work.mEvery time he tells him he's coming, something else comes back up....Concrete is also hard to get now so it has slowed the process of getting to each job done on a slower pace....We have not stopped working on his job....it's frustrating to us as well. I have been working on each job as fast as I can trying to catch up. **************** needs to just have a little more patience and give me time to get there.
