The new roof shingles look great. I also had the wood trim around the roof peaks covered with white painted aluminum so no more painting in that area. The sheet metal work there is very professional looking. Joel did a great job with that and of keeping me informed throughout the whole process, including some real shortcomings that the old roof installation had. All better now. Would highly recommend Eagle Eye roofing to others.

We had Eagle Eye Roofing come out initially to tarp a few areas where we lost shingles during very high winds. They were very responsive and came out on very short notice, thankfully since rain was in the forecast. The patches were very well done and we decided to go with Eagle Eye Roofing for our new roof installation. They were professional and easy to work with, Nick was fun to work with while at the same time very professional and friendly. He helped ease our concerns about working with a new contractor and was flexible and genuinely thoughtful about making us feel more comfortable with the process. I'm very pleased with the work that was done, the crew went the extra mile and made other improvements while they were up there including siding adjustments, they left things very clean and they were very respectful while they were here. The work was started and completed the same day which was very impressive to see the level of quality they brought. I liked that the supervisor came out the next day and inspected everything, he shared pictures of the finished roof and said if there were any issues he would have the crew come back out to correct them which is very comforting. He also shared photos from the installation showing the installation of the felt paper and ice guard underlayment clearly showing that the roof was done correctly at every step. The finished product is very well done, all the new flashings look great and the shingle rows look really good.

***** *. I had a roof put on late fall of 2022. My roof was in a deteriorating state and truly needed replaced. Eagle eye roofing from the initial survey of my roof to the end installation did an outstanding job. Made every attempt to address any issues during and after the project. They installed a solar roof vent I had purchased without any extra charge added to my quote. Truly can’t say enough good about the job they did and my experience in dealing with them.

Eagle Eye Roofing did exactly what they said they would do. A PROFESONAL JOB FROM START TO FINISH!!! They showed up on time, worked safe and with purpose, and at the end a Fantastic Cleanup! I am a union carpenter foreman with a large and respected company. I have been in the business for 25 years. I took the day off to oversee the job and was very impressed with the men and their work. The bill was exactly what we agreed on and the warranty is rock solid. Joel answered all my questions and ALL MY PHONE CALLS! even after the bill was paid. I got three quotes for this job and Eagle Eye wasn't the cheapest. Years of experience in the construction industry I have learned when someone is telling me what I want to here and that was not Joel! He believes in what he is selling and backs it up with one of the best warranties in the business! Good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good! People need to do their homework when it comes to something as important as a new roof. Get multiple estimates, ask all the questions and call Joel at Eagle Eye.
