REALLY wish I could give negative stars here. I purchased my home with the sellers paying for a brand new septic system as it failed the septic inspection. We moved into our new home in the month of JUNE. They said they were backed up and behind so they wouldn’t be out right away. I totally understood that. A few months went by and I still couldn’t get a date on when they would be out. Now mind you I wasn’t paying for this out of my pocket so I was super patient. Well long story short they didn’t come out until JANUARY to install the system after my loan officer and I blew them up due to the sellers money being held up in an escrow account waiting to be released. So shortly after they finished the job I had alarms going off on my system. I didn’t think much of it as they came out and checked it out and said it was fine. Well not long after the multi flow alarm went off again and I knew something obviously wasn’t right. One of their workers left a note saying that the multiflow system wasn’t draining properly and they would talk to their boss for a resolution. AGAIN I was patient and gave them a month and a half or so to get back with me. So now it’s the following JANUARY and I still had the bosses cell number CARY F***** so I sent him a picture of the note their guys left of the system not draining properly. He said he would check with his guys and get back with me. So AGAIN I gave them enough time to put something together to get this resolved. Never heard anything back from him. So in MARCH I asked him for update. Nothing. I guess I wasn’t too worried about it since I knew I had a warranty. WELL then we started getting water in our basement because of the septic system not working properly. It took all of this to happen before I finally got a response back from Cary F****** I really don’t know how they’re running a business like this. Cary and Stark Aeration’s are the BIGGEST joke of a company I’ve ever seen and in fact shouldn’t be a business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
