Great service and very good a problem solving how to add wiring to a 190 year old home with stone interior and exterior walls.Thai and **** are a great pair of electricians, so glad we found them!!

Paid him to fix my electrical problems and added some outlets. Spent a lot of time and money to fix it. The lights and outlets quit working shortly after he left. Say he would come back and take care of it. Never showed up. Last thing he said was if I was not satisfied he would make it right. Still waiting.

Was charged 145$ for possible cause of my outlets not working. Free estimate is not free as advertised. I couldnt / didnt even get an estimate or a possible solution to the problem. I was forced to pay that money, and rushed to write a check because 2 strangers were in my home and I was by myself. I did not argue, I wrote a check and call it a day.

If you are concerned with the safety of yourself your family and your home do not use this company. I contracted them to do electrical wiring. They spent over three hours one day trying to figure out how to correctly wire a three way switch circuit. Unsuccessful! The following day he spent about three hours again trying to wire a different three way switch. Unsuccessful! These were not existing wiring problems; it was new wiring he ran. He left saying he would figure out how to correctly wire them and get back to me the following week. I did not hear from Thai. Three weeks later I called and said I had no confidence in his skills and I wanted to terminate using him. I had paid upfront and said I believed he owed me a partial refund. He agreed and said he would calculate materials and labor and get back to me. He called back about twenty minutes later and said he would refund me $400.00. I agreed. He said he would send me a check. Since that time I have not hear from Thai. I left several messages and he has not returned calls or messages. It has now been over 2 months and no response and no refund. He does not know how to do proper electrical work. There were two circuits that were existing 15 amp circuits with 14 gauge wiring. He tied in to them with 12 gauge wire and ran 20 amp outlets off of these 15 amp circuits. He is listed as a LLC but as of June he was not. Not sure if he is yet. I would think that Angies list would verify his LLC status in addition to his knowledge and qualifications before recommending this company. He ran a great deal of 3 conductor cable when only 2 conductor was needed. This caused increased expense. I researched how to correctly wire a three way switch circuit myself and was able to correct his wiring in about 15 minutes for each circuit. While doing so I found wiring scorched and charred where he had caused arcing by wiring the circuits wrong. I asked him to rough in for ceiling fans. He used light boxes instead of brackets designed to handle the weight and vibration of a ceiling fan. He is dangerous in the work he performs and an unscrupulous business person. Avoid this company. He got one star because the system would not allow zero!
