  On July 3-7 Garage Experts of Columbus did an expoxy flooring in both our garage and basement at **** ****** *** ****** The garage turned out great, but we have expressed concern about the basement on multiple occassions. We paid a total of $3,240.00 for a metallic epoxy coating in the basement that also included concrete floor grind/prep and minor floor cracks/repairs. On July 4, the owner advised that he would return later in the week to apply a top coat to the basement. On July 7 I messaged the owner to ensure that the top coat was placed in the basement and was ready to use. The owner left a voicemail on July 10 confirming that the basement did not require a top coat and was good to use. On July 17 I left another message in writing inquiring about carpet fiber that was left in the floor finish and there was no reply. On August 6, I left a google review for Garage Experts outlining all of my concerns which included the prior metioned carpet fiber as well as bubbling in the floor. On August 7, the owner sent me an email asking to set up a meeting to look at the issues in the basement. The owner came out to the property on August 11. During that time the owner sanded down 2-3 areas that had carpet fiber stuck in the finish which exposed bare concert. He informed me that he would return the following Monday to put down more expoxy and never reached back out. My wife called on August 21 and requested to speak to the owner, but never received a call back. I also showed the owner all of the excessive bubbling in the finish on August 11 and was told to "chalk it up to character." I have since noticed a scratch in the finish as well. This product is supposed to come with a lifetime warranty which we cannot get because we are unable to get the company to return calls and messages.

  This issue is being handled and waiting on a reply from both customers. When i met with them we talked about all the isses they had and addressed the main concern of sharp objects in the floor. I am still waitinh on confimation that this was not resolved as i know have concerned that a recently terminated employer did not complete the necessary follow up as scheduled. We are willing to complete the work for customer to there happiness, just waiting on a response from them. We have called both people, texted, and emailed.
