I have a bill of sale from a dealership that purchased my X5 off a lease from me. I was charged a turn in fee, when I clearly didn't turn in the vehicle. Not a single person at BMW financial was willing to clearly explain the situation. I feel like I was wrongly charged a $380 turn in fee, when the car was not turned in. I think the worst part was not a single person at the BMW financial office was willing to work with me to explain it, extreme lack of professionalism there. The customer service agents were rude and I was hung up on.Review from Olga K

BMW Finance is terrible. If I could give them zero stars, I would. We paid off our car back in 2010, yet we still haven't received the lease release document from them. Despite reaching out to BMW Finance a whopping five times, each time they assured us they'd send the document from their archives within 10 working days. It's now been over a month, and still no document. We'll definitely be financing our future cars through a different, more respectful financial institution.Review from Vanessa D

BMW Financial lacks professionalism.. I returned my lease with 1940 miles under which I was informed by a BMW dealer consultant I will be credit for. I have owned and leased a total of 3 vehicles and always had an immaculate payment history with BMW financial. I was cleared about not wanting to purchase another vehicle at that moment because my husband is in the military and we will not be in town for a few months. Now BMW is sending me a bill for wear and tear on tires for $1,219 but will settled for $609. So what happened to the credit for unused mileage? And also wear and tear on tires? On almost 2000 of unused mileage? I spoke to ****** at BMW financial and besides talking over me the entire phone call and lacking professionalism I didn’t get anything resolve. Great customer service when having an open account but things will definitely change once you are no longer a BMW customer. Very disappointing.Review from Chris O

I returned my BMW X3 in perfect condition (garage parked the entire term and only 7,000 miles) after the 3 year lease was up. I had it inspected by ******* and then the dealership. I received the multi point inspection report from the dealership on 3/26/24 stating $0 is owed. Today, 4/11 I received a certified letter from BMW Financial stating that I needed to pay for a tow cover the dealership removed during the first annual service and failed to replace. End of lease customers beware - BMW financial claims the dealership report doesn't matter and the report they send out is final.Review from Tina V

BMW Financial Service is a nightmare if you have a lease with them and get into a car accident. They will pocket all the money from the claim even if its more than the car payoff amount because "they can, they own the car" but also ask you for additional deductible amount that your insurance took out of the settlement even though they are already receiving more than the car payoff amount was or value at because its money they say they still deserve. BUT will give you in credit to lease or buy another ****** bmw.... WORST COMPANY EVER... Screwed me after my first major accident in their faulty carReview from Heather H.

This is nothing more than an answering service with no options to talk to humans. Automated robots exist to transfer you to various extensions for as long as you're able to endure. They are not available during e-lunch breaks, weekends or after 2:00. They will break you. GET A DIFFERENT CAR!!!Review from Sally T

BMW Financial Services lost my electronic payment and insist I pay the difference. My bank has been investigating the issue, in the meantime, but I'm furious. I have never been late on my payments and am more than disappointed in them.Review from Robert P

BMW advertises certified preowned financing at low rates. Definitely not, they are just stealing from their customers! I make $300,000 per year, have a perfect credit payment history but carry credit card debt. I financed $85,000 and was ripped-off with a 15.99% interest rate. Dealership speaking for BMW financial said take or leave it, that's how BMW financial does business. Very, very impersonal and really expect BMW to do more for it's customers. All that BMW marketing is **** In the next few months I will refi or payoff, then I'll get the final word and BMW will make no more interest from me!Review from Paula R

Hello, i purchase on aug 2021 a 3 series bmw, i was very happy since i had worked on my credit and BMW Financial finance the car with a 2% interest BUT for my dissapointment i got into a car accident on aug 3,2023, my car was in the towing company and the other responsible 3rd party ins was Progressive. Police report was not complete till aug 18,2023 and that same day i made the claim with Progressive, Progressive calls me on sept 12,2023 to let me know they try going to the towing comp and my car was not there, i call BMW Financial and they had repossed my car since 8/31/23, reported repossession to my credit on 09/06/23, no notice ever recvd or even a call, spoke to 3 people including a supervisor from the BMW Financial to recoup my car and they didnt listen or even try to help, the only was to pay the car complete for the balance, so my bmw 2021 went to auction on 9/15/23, i have tried to get another vehicle and havent been able since a repossession is showing on my report even when i show all bmw statement pymts always given on time including the aug2023 when accident happen, and sept 11 when i didnt know or was aware of my car repossed. The 3 persons that i spk from the BMW Financial they still told me that i owed them money for repossession expenses for the bmw2021 A lot of people tells me i should sue them BUT dont know what lawyer could take case or if they is a case of other people had gone thru this BMW Financial is the worst custumer service , Worst experience everReview from Michael R

I think the customer rating speaks for itself. i wish i can give you 0 stars I have paid all the payment for 3 years and never received a final bill. After a year they send me the bill for 380 and i have paid it in less than a week but they still mess up my credits score. I want to buy a house this year and it will effect me really bad. NEVER GOING TO LEASE OR BUY BMW. My payment score was perfect buy only BMW sent a compliant.
