Our family goes to the Perimeter Loop McDonalds fairly regularly, mainly when our 7 year old wants a Happy Meal. On June 4th, we drove through that location for just a Happy Meal for her. We asked for nuggets, fries and chocolate milk in the meal. As we pulled away from the window, the order popped up on the screen saying we wanted apple slices. We were already too far from the order screen to correct it so we told the cashier at the first open window that the screen came up apple slices and we only wanted the fries. The guy at the window had a shirt on saying that he was training so he asked another guy. He came back and said Im sorry theres nothing we can do about that. I said but that isnt what we ordered, at the speaker we just asked for fries and it was rung up incorrectly. He again said sorry we would just have to get that. I asked if the manager could come and help him and the same helper came to the window and said if we wanted to change anything we would need to get out of the drive through and go back in line again to reorder. We tried explaining that we just wanted the food that we ordered. He leaned out the window at our car and yelled (with our 7 year old daughter in the car) that loitering was a chargeable offense. We said we werent loitering, we were just trying to pay for our order and get our food. He yelled I gave you your choice and slammed the window shut, refusing us service. My daughter was baffled asking what happened and where her food was. I called back on the phone to ask for the managers name. The actual manager on duty answered and said that man was not even a manager. She gave me the franchise number to call and leave a message which I did that same day two weeks ago. I have had absolutely no response so am leaving this review in hopes of getting a response. We have since gone out of our way to a farther location to avoid this employee.

Customer is being contacted by District Manager by tomorrow afternoon to resolve the issue.
