At HOMEWOOD Suite, I had always delt with K**** M***** (Manager) in person. Upon arrival, I spoke to K**** , I Said I do not know, how long I would be staying. This Time it was for my Health. K**** quote me $ 72.00/night + Taxes.
On 12-15-2022 I gave K**** $ 1,000.00 in cash.
I met with the Cancer Dr. And She would Be Starting Chemo on 12-21-2022 X 4 Every 21 days apart, then on 03-09-2023 meet with The Surgeon.
On 12-28-2022, I ask if K**** was in, and I was told NO, But she was.
On 12-28-2022, I had a Talk with K**** which she brought my room to $ 64.00/Night beginning 1-1-2023.
On 12-28-2022 I gave K**** $2,000.00 cash, in from of her Housekeeper, that work and stay at the Hotel ( she was from Athens, Ohio )
On 1-12-2023, I gave permission to G******* B*** (supervisor) the permission to take $ 2,000.00 on my Visa (which was on my Guest Folio to cover any other charges.
On 1-03-2023, K**** had G******* (supervisor) talk to me to let me know that my room went up to $ 79.00/ night . G******* send an e-mail to me and also to K****. I was not happy. The Increase was never brought to my Attention. The Price Increase was from the Top SUPERIOR.
I Finally Spoke to K**** on 03-06-2023, I have ask (******* my so call niece in Columbus, to be there on my behalf. I ask K****, why and what was going on.
K**** mention to me, she had given me a BREAK, she took upon herself to bring my rate from 12-01-2022 to 02-28-2023 at $ 64.00/night no Tax.
Rate went up because of her Superior (Supervisor).
K**** also mention to me also that I was showing her Housekeeper Staff how to Clean. I do like A Clean Room Upon Arrival. Out of 90 Days stay 4 Times I had the room clean By A**** L*** and G*******.
I decided that because I was not Treated Properly like a Human Being Time To Leave. Departure 03-06-2023. Upon leaving, another Example L****** (director in sales) yelled to N***** (Chief Maintenance) in the Hallway « GUESS WHO LEAVING « Which Miss L****** did not expected that « B***** » was still in the room. 03-06-2023. PAY AND HAVE A COPY OF FINAL BILL.
On March 17-2023, I wrote to Mr. C********** N******* in Maclean, VA. Which, I did send Register Mail one copy to K****, L******, and L**** H*** (Assistant General Manager) did have a talk with L**** on 02-03-2023.
My first reply, on my complaint with the CEO was L**** A**** (Executive Customer Relations). Dallas, Texas [email protected]. 1-419-913-0786 Was on 05-22-2023.
On 05-25-2023, L**** spoke with G*******, which he send her some prove of my Guest Folio which she had to submit to her (Superior)
My Complaint
On 08-01-2023, received my last e-mail from Laura, she did not found a DISCREPANCY in the CHARGES ON MY BILL. The Hotel does not have any RECORD of receiving $ 2,000.00 in cash on December 28-2022. They confirmed receiving $ 1,000.00 on 12-28-2022. "AND THIS MATTER TO BE CLOSED".
