I dropped of a package to the staff and received tracking info on March 27th 2023, was told it would ship out that day by 4pm. The package has never been scanned into the system and it coming up on a month now. I have reached out to this store and they said there is nothing they can do, I've tried to file a claim and that hasn't worked either this my only option to recover the items that were shipped/stolen.Business response

I am sorry to hear that there is an issue with the package. The customer has not given any tracking information in the complaint for us to work from and based on their description of the transaction this was not "shipping" that was purchased in our center. As a The UPS Store we take in hundreds of packages a day that customers drop off and the tracking issues or claim issues all need to be resolved directly with the carrier of that package. Whomever the customer paid to ship it needs to be the contact company. On a separate note we do not have any pick up times at 4. We close at 7 pm and our final pick up is at 6:30 pm. It is possible that this customer also has the wrong center or location.
