      Never had any issues with horror merch, always received everything ordered in perfect condition and care. It's important to read text when ordering items, but they are great with providing detail and when you should be expecting to receive your items.

      I pre-ordered a Misfits Crimson Ghost figure. After several months I wrote asking when it would come. They ignored my email. I wrote again and they cancelled my order and gave me a partial refund. Apparently they have a clause that they can steal your money for contacting them. I went on twitter and Reddit and saw many people having the same issue. They are criminals.

      I placed my order for new POP figures a couple days ago, and the package is already in route to me. ORDER #********. I've never had an issue with a package and I've been a customer for years. HorrorMerch is the best website for horror movie memorabilia, collectibles, tshirts, etc. All products are the best quality, there's so much to choose from, the website is easy to navigate, customer service has always been prompt and friendly, and you get your in stock products pretty quickly. They also run a lot of specials (like BOGO deals, etc) which is great if you're on a budget.

      I bought 60 dollars worth of merchandise, when the item was supposed to be in stock they updated my order as fulfilled. There's no way to contact them through the website and all messages are turned off through their social media. Got burned clicking on ad through Instagram, just shameless. Maybe they ship a few things here and there to stay in business but this site needs to be shut down! Advice, never buy anything direct through credit card use Paypal always so you can get refund from sites like HorrorMerch!

      These Guys ripped my kid off of $32.99 for a shirt we ordered on 11/27/23 for Christmas. "Made to Order" Never arrived. Email the company and get canned answers. ZERO customer service. absolute clownage running deep in clowntown, OH Below is the same response I keep getting from them. Lost a customer and getting dinged on BBB for them STEALING MONEY As these items are made directly for your purchase, they will take at least 10-14 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays) before they are able to ship. Most designs will ship within this timeframe, but exact shipdates will vary depending on the direct license or origin print shop (within the US) per design. All Items Purchased require a non-refundable deposit to directly print or reserve these items for you. Once purchased - these items are not able to be exchanged, cancelled or modified as they are directly put into production directly for your purchase or reserved for your purchase. Discounts, refunds, merch vouchers or cancellations are not available if there are any delays to any items, at any time, for any reason. Any customer creating disputes, chargebacks or causing disruptions within our email, third party sites, social media, etc. will have their purchase cancelled minus a required 40% Non-Refundable production/restock fee per all remaining items per shipment beyond any fees we are incurred per billing provider.x I see another complaint from JOHNM that has the EXACT same issue we are going through. HORROMERCH are charlatans.

      Couldn’t give negative stars so I had to give 1. Don’t buy anything from this company. They will take your money. Claim your item has shipped and when you still haven’t received it months later, they’ll say the items will be sent when they receive them. They won’t respond to you except to occasionally give you a load of ****

      this company scammed me, on november 27 I bought some christmas presents,not knowing that one of the presents was taken care of by an outside company, it was a tee shirt that they claimed would take at least 2 weeks to make which was fine, they sent me half of my order within 2 weeks also fine, it's now march 3rd and after going to them at least a half a dozen times and hearing the same excuses over and over again I still don't have my product but they still have my money, they urged me not to write a complaint that it would hold up the process, these were all excuses my item was never coming, I've let everyone I know to not visit this site, beware

      I placed an order in August 2023. Was told I'd get a refund in Novemeber. Still waiting for my refund. Quick to charge but can't keep communication with customers. There is no way to get an answer from these people. Where is my refund??!!

      I still had two T-shirts that say they have been fulfilled when I went to click on tracking information all it did was take me back to the homepage it is now January 22 and it says that the shirts were fulfilled on December 18 and I never got a confirmation email or any sort of shipping information and I’ve tried many times to contact them about it and all I get is an automated email response. All I want is my refund for these two shirts.
