              Order Placed: August 5, 2023 ORDER #17075370 Order Included: Elvira - Toony Terrors [Figure] Svengoolie - Toony Terrors [Figure] - Pre-Order - Ship Dat Oct. 2023 Vampira - Toony Terrors [Figure] - Pre-Order - Ship Dat Oct. 2023 The Elvira - Toony Terrors [Figure] was delivered on August 28, 2023 I received an email on November 22, 2023 saying "taking a bit longer than usual to be released or restocked." At the time they offered to provide me with store voucher or a refund. I immediately emailed back saying I wanted to wait for the items. The Svengoolie - Toony Terrors [Figure] is still listed as pre-order but the Vampira - Toony Terrors [Figure] is listed as available on the site. There is no way to contact this business about the delay. I would like to be sent the Vampira - Toony Terrors [Figure] and refunded for Svengoolie - Toony Terrors [Figure] as it is not likely to ship. I have saved all emails and screen captures or purchase confirmations and delivery confirmations.

              Never had any issues with horror merch, always received everything ordered in perfect condition and care. It's important to read text when ordering items, but they are great with providing detail and when you should be expecting to receive your items.
