I took my puppy to be groomed on Saturday September 25, 2021. Arrival 8:30 am, I have been there before and it was the same person who groomed my puppy the first time and did a really good job!
This was my second time. The girl, I do forget her name had her own pet with her a large Golden Doodle, she kept remarking what a dirty boy he was and needed to get him cleaned up. She remembered my puppy and ask if I wanted the same thing and I said yes. I turned over my puppy and was called around 11 and was told he was done, he has a lot of hair and is very fluffy, I did not notice the poor haircut around his face which looks like a child cut it intil later.
Her dog looked great by the way, all cleaned up. I paid 33.00 for the service with a 5.00 tip. Clearly all of her time was spent on her own dog with my money.
I have called and gotten no reply and emailed the business. This is so unprofessional and I will not go back.
