The company signed a purchase agreement to buy a piece of property from me. They got me under contract to purchase the property for cash, and turned around and listed the property for more money.

They knew when they entered the contract that they did not have the money to perform and purchase the property at closing.

I found out what they were doing thru a 3rd party who sent me a picture of my property they were trying to sell as an investment without even owning it or having my permission to do so.

They had no intension of even contacting me to inform me that they were going to be in breach of contract.

I contacted them about it, and they tried to get me to extend the contract to allow them *to sell the property for me* in their words. I told them that I signed a contract with them to buy the property, not to sell it for me so they could make a profit.

I am still looking into what I can do against them legally, but I want this complaint filed against them. That way someone else cannot be fooled by their scheme.

Mr. ******, my apologies you did not have a good experience working with us.

Our company does 10+ transactions per month which would make it impossible for us to purchase every property in all cash, but some do get purchased in such a way. That is where the 3rd party you referred to comes into play, to purchase these properties with us. We do market it to them at a higher price than the purchase price when we take this route to get additional funds raised for after the transaction is closed and we can operate. Unfortunately, this was taken out of context during this transaction and rubbed you the wrong way. We did have the funds to close on this property and we would not have wasted your time or ours trying to keep this transaction together if that wasn't the case. We are not in the business of wasting others time and especially our own.

Addressing the breach of contract. There was no breach of contract in this transaction, we had simply asked for an extension because we were able to find the purchasing partner to buy the property with us but we needed a bit more time to be able to get a quick walk though done and get the transaction close out for you. But, you were unwilling to do so. We said no such thing as "sell a property for you" as we are not real estate agents and do not have the correct licensing to be able to sell a property on somebodies behalf. We had all intensions of closing. Going back to what was said previously, we would not have waste your time or ours if we did not.

We were not selling the property to make a profit and I believe that is where the wires got crossed in this transaction to make you upset. We simply purchase properties with investors and ask them to contribute additional funds to the purchase so we can continue to operate, have them fix the property, ect.

Please have your attorney contact us if you wish to do so to see what legal route you can take. I'm positive he will tell you the only real route you can go is first, giving us the short extension we asked for which we would have preformed on. Second, enforcing specific performance forcing us to purchase the property. It would have never gotten to the second stage anyways because we were prepared to close shortly after we received an extension from you which you were un agreeable with. All we requested was a few days.

Lastly, there is no scheme here what so ever. We had all intensions of closing this property though a reputable title company after we got the short extension we requested. Please see our reviews and check back as more get posted to see our validity. There is no scheme here, if you'd like to call purchasing properties though partners so that we can maximize our output a scheme, so be it. But, we do not consider that to be a scheme as I'm sure the party that purchased your property did not come to the table with all cash straight out of their pocket which is the same case with a lot of other homes buyers.

We have no hard feelings or ill will towards you, wish you the best of luck in life and are glad you were able to sell the property at the end of the day.
