            Please do not take your pets here. I had ***** my dog there 2 times in 1 month. First time to cut her nails. I get ***** back and nothing was said about not being able to cut her nails. The response I got was everything went fine. Second time was bath and check her nails. Within a few days ***** was limping due to nail in her pad. Please check recent reviews this place has really went downhill. I did have to take ***** to the vet and he got her all fixed up. If your normal pet spa is booked that is a good sign. I am returning to my normal pet spa I will just give myself a couple weeks.

            You brought ***** in for nails in September and again a couple weeks ago. Her nails were clipped per your request on both occasions (with the exception of the dew claw which was growing into her pad). My office manager tried to explain to you that when nails grow into a dogs pad, groomers cannot cut them out or it will cause excessive bleeding. When she was trying to explain that you needed to take ***** to the vet for the dewclaw to be removed from her pad, you got extremely angry and began shouting at her and also using profanity.It takes quite some time for a dewclaw to grow into a pad. This was nothing we caused to happen. We did clip all of her other nails. Also, when nails are long, groomers can only clip back close to the quick. If we clip them shorter and ************** it too will cause excessive bleeding. My manager was trying to explain this to you before you began shouting at her.I am very sorry you were unhappy. We were not trying to upset you by explaining this to you. It is unfortunate that you make this type of a review when we were only trying to help you. You also never even tried to contact me (the owner) directly.
