  Transaction date was June 17th, 2022 amount paid was $550 dollars. The business committed to provide me services to remove a tree. In the contract the tree was to be cut no stump wanted the stump gone an the branches chipped. Told him he could leave the wood. He Breached the contract by not providing the services we agreed on. He left the stump. The business has not tried to resolve the problem the owner Paul Gaines told me I could suck his balls. He was very disrespectful and vulgar. Told me he wasn’t doing it never agreed to remove the stump and said “that’s what’s up” and told me he would if I can prove he said he would which is clearly in the contract an we spoke about it on the phone an threw text and I have a witness who heard the whole conversation. Well that made him more angry that I showed him it clearly states no stump in the contract. He told me he’s not doing it an that I needed to pay him cause it was Friday an he needed to go get some weed. He made fun of the neighborhood I live in threaten me that he would see me around followed by saying “heat” which I took as a gun. I did pay the man which was before he told me to suck his balls or I probably wouldn’t have. The job was not completed I wasted a month of time an my money when I could of hired someone else or would of paid more but the 550 is the price he gave me to do the job that was not finished. Was no order/account number on the paperwork. More then anything I want other customers to be aware of this guys Character how he talks an treats ppl I have never met this guy before an he doesn’t know me. I would like a refund or the job to be completed and a apology.

  There was no contract - only a proposal. Work has been completed according to the terms of the proposal.

  Customer was upset payment could not be made by credit card. It was explained at the beginning the we only take cash or checks. We were paid in cash.

  There was an issue with a tree stump that had to be removed. We ground it down as far as we could with our equipment but we were not able to make the surface level enough to work on. Customer said he would take care of that.
