A. Jenkins guided us through the entire insurance claim process and the end result is a great looking roof. Cade was a big help and the credibility that A. Jenkins brings to the process helps insurers understand that they are dealing with a contractor they can trust. Our roof was installed in one day. The cleanup was outstanding. I recommend A. Jenkins to anyone needing a new roof.

Jenkins replaced my home and shed roofs in April 2023 after storms damaged both. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism, work and work ethic. So pleased that I had to call for new storm damage caused by a neighbor's tree limb falling onto and breaking through the roof of my shed. Jenkins, although based out of Akron, came to Lexington and arrived within an hour of my call. He reviewed the damages and instructed me to cancel my insurance claim because he could repair the damage on the spot for less than my deductible. And he did just that...he completed the job in 45 minutes. The man is incredible, a hard worker, polite, kind and stands by his work. If you need an entire roof replaced or just a repair, call Jenkins Roofing. He's honest and won't rake you over the coals. I will recommend him to anyone that needs Roofing repairs or replacement.A Jenkins Inc. Response

We had some storm damage to our roof and called A Jenkins for an estimate. They were out FAST. ***** and his crew were very professional, and even contacted our insurance company to start the claims process. They were also very patient with waiting for payment from my insurance company as there were a few hiccups on the insurance side (claim was transferred to a different agent). These guys are just GREAT! They were very careful during the entire process of the shingle removal through clean up at the end! They walked around the house several times with their magnets to look for *********, moved the furniture back into place, and even our gazing ball to the right spot in the flowerbed. Our sales ***************, very knowledgeable and professional. Our cat loved him, which is THE most ringing endorsement we can give. 100% recommend these folks!A Jenkins Inc. Response

I had an excellent experience with A Jenkins in getting my home and garage roof completely replaced to brand new status! It was far easier and better quality than I expected.I worked directly with ****** who managed my inquiry start to finish. Less than two weeks time from inquiry to finished roof complete - they were EXTREMELY efficient and quick in managing it entirely. Communication was easy and I knew exactly what the schedule was. ***** kept me up to date with the entire operation from start to finish. The crew that did the job was very friendly and utterly efficient - finished my house and garage before noon after starting early in the morning. Clean up was amazing, as I didn't find any nails, old wood, shingles, wrappers, debris, etc. anywhere on the property. I basically got home that afternoon and couldn't find a single sign anyone had been there except for the obviously new roof. I've had several intense storms since the job was done and not a single sign of water ingress anywhere.Overall very happy and have nothing but good to say about ****** his crew, and his roofing team.A Jenkins Inc.
