In November, 2021 I purchased a 1996 Buick Roadmaster Sedan from Amlin Auction. This vehicle was advertised as a clean title vehicle with 50,xxx miles. After paying this company $4,000 plus fees for this vehicle, I was told that the title is not ready yet. After waiting another week, the title was ready for pickup. The title I received read 59,xxx miles. I contacted the company to resolve this issue and they directed me to the lawyer for the estate. Her and I filled out the necessary paperwork and it was submitted to the state of Ohio, but was denied because the error happened previously. (When the gentleman she was representing purchased from a Michigan dealership.) I contacted this dealership and they are not willing to fill out their paperwork as they sell all vehicles with an exemption. I reached back out several times to Amlin Auction and have been told that there is nothing they can do. I believe this is obscene as they sold this vehicle with false paperwork, and have not been proactive in finding any solution.

We had multiple conversations with *** regarding this situation and referred him to the attorney (***** ****** ***** ********) who handled this sale and Title for the vehicle. We did not handle the Title, she did. He took months to reach to us about this discrepancy and have we have done everything we can to try and help resolve this issue.
