I paid 1039 for front and back break pads, two rotors, two calipers, and break lines. When I spoke to the gentleman on the phone he told me my calipers were tied up and needed replacing. He never mentioned my break lines or that they had collapsed. I feel they misdiagnosed my truck and charged me for additional parts that I didn’t need. They also charged me 240 dollars to service bearings when my bearings are sealed and cannot be serviced. They added a ton of money onto my bill for unnecessary work that wasn’t done. I am highly upset they keep deleting my review so I am reaching out for help. I really hope they record their phone conversations so this can be resolved. They also said My parts were rusted when they were not and I have pictures of the parts.Business response

The consumer came in for a brake inspection. The business replaced the hoses, which had collapsed and caused the calipers to fail. The bearings were not replaced. The consumer is referring to the standard wording that shows on an invoice when labor is coded for brake work. The consumer was charged $119.99 for the front brake work and $119.99 for the back.
The consumer already was given $241.00 off of her bill. The business does not feel that the consumer is due additional billing adjustment at this time.

I purchased 4 new tires and an alignment from Tireman on Orchard Drive on March 4th 2022. The tires I purchased are what they recommended for a quiet and smooth ride. After the work was done. The tires made a noticeable humming noise and my vehicle now pulled to the right while driving. After bringing my vehicle back and having them test drive it, I was told it was normal for the tires I purchased to make noise as they're lower quality and there's nothing they could do for that. They proposed I get higher quality tires which would cost an additional $600. I got a second opinion from a dealership as was told that new tires should not make a humming noise regardless of quality. So I immediately took my vehicle back from Tireman. Today, March 12th, I took my vehicle to the BMW dealership who re-balanced my tires and did an alignment. Which cost $295. My vehicle drives fine now with no noise and no pulling to the right. At the very least, I want a refund for the alignment I paid Tireman to perform which was $89. My vehicle drove fine prior to Tireman performing the alignment, but they recommended it so I took their recommendation. They have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, but you can't make an appointment for re-visits that are first come first serve and I don't have time to be without my vehicle for days on end waiting until they can get to it. This was poor work, and it was poor follow up on the work with untrue excuses of tire quality.Business response

This has been resolved. The customer purchased better tires. I left a message for him and he never returned the phone call.
