      Spoke with owner May 18,2021 discussed the traumatic situation our family was experiencing and assured me he had time to help us get resolution. Hired company to do lead testing on our home. Met with owner for pre-inspection meeting May 24, 2021. Owner returned June 3, 2021 and performed testing. Lab test results indicating compliance provided by email June 15, 2021. Email also indicated he would submit a compliance report to me and the county health department. July 20th, 2021 owner spoke with health department inspector in charge of our case to ensure, prior to submitting report, that there would be no issues. I've reached out 21 times since July 22, 2021 of which 8 times received a reply. Each reply assured me the report would be provided in hours or within a day or two. Last response was received Sept 19, 2021. Contacted 5 times since and received no response. Report has yet to be provided. It is shameful to leave a family in distress this long after agreeing to help us. How you'd like to see your complaint resolved? Provide compliance report to me ASAP.

      I have not heard anything at all from the company about my complaint.

      I apologize for not responding sooner. I didnt realize that was pending.

      I have test results and emails from owner i can provide if it can be helpful. I should also request a refund for the fees ive paid, since i will have to start from scratch and hire someone else to perform those same tasks. I will update complaint in the next few days but will see if this reaches you and what your thoughts may be. Thanks so much for any help you can offer.

      On September 22nd, 2021, I had ******* ******* come to my home to complete a lead assessment. My daughter's blood lead levels had recently come back as elevated, and my husband and I wanted to get the house inspected to ensure that we removed any sources of lead. I told ******* that my husband works at an automotive battery manufacturing factory and that we thought that the main source of lead was from his shoes. The main reason we wanted the inspection was to make sure that we were not missing any other lead sources and that we had remedied the problem. ******* took samples with wipes that he said he was going to send to a lab for results. I paid him via check that same day. He said that it usually took about a week to receive the results and that he would contact me when he got them. A week went by and I had not heard anything, so on Monday, October 4th, I emailed ******* to see if he had received anything from the lab. He said that he had received them that morning and that he would send the results later that week and call me. I still had not heard back on Friday, the 8th so I emailed him again to ask for the results since my husband and I wanted to eliminate any more lead sources ASAP. ******* replied that the lab results did not show any high readings within our home. He said that he would send me a copy of the report and schedule a time to review the results the next week. On Sunday, October 17th, I still had not received the lab report, so I emailed ******* again to ask for the exact numbers. He said that the report would include the detailed lab results and that he expected to have it to me that week. On Friday, October 22nd, my husband called him to ask for the results and ******* said that he expected to have them to us by the following Friday. On Monday, November 1st, my husband called him again and he said that he would have the results by Tuesday or Wednesday. It is now Thursday and we still do not have the lab report.

      After telling ******* that we would be contacting our lawyer if we did not receive the full report, he finally sent it to us this morning. We require no further action.
