            August 26th- took car in to get a control arm bushing replaced as I watched them I watched them have trouble getting a bolt undone so they applied a torch to it to help loosen up the bolt. They never approached me and told me they were having issues with a bolt August 27th said car was fine and to call Monday if it was still jerking side to side September 1st took car in to get looked at and they said it needed an alignment took it to another shop and confirmed it was the other control arm bushing from them applying heat to loosen the bolt glods then made me an appointment to get it replaced and they said they would pay for the part September 6th had appointment but they called early in the morning to tell me they were not buying the part I needed that they aren't responsible but said if I bought the part they would install it for free
