This bathroom remodeling project has been the worst experience of my life. Not only did these men destroy my home, but 1 of them hit my car! I tried to talk to Shawn about my car but he got very angry and defensive. After I showed him the video of the man hitting my car, he told me that guy is a subcontractor and doesn't work for him. He said there is nothing he can do about it and I will have to take it up with the other guy. Another guy got dog poop all over my new carpet and they left fast food wrappers and cigarette butts all over my yard. I'm on fixed income and saved for 2 years for this remodel. The end result is very sloppy and unprofessional. I wish I could get my money back.

I am horrified at the work this company did for me. They work for 2hrs and the take lunch for 2 hours. Then home for the day. If I could have given -0- stars I would have. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I wish I’d checked the BBB before I hired them and read the reviews. Good luck on your renovation if you go with this company.

Razors Edge Renovations(RER) is a complete fraud. The company consists of nothing more than Sean Cassidy and a cell phone. He quoted my job as if he had a company, but then outsourced all the labor to a bunch of unskilled amateurs. My project was quoted to me at 2 weeks, start-to-finish, but stretched out to over 9 weeks until RER ultimately abandoned my family. All the while, my house was left in shambles. At one point, they even removed the batteries out of our 1st floor smoke detectors and never replaced them. Mr. Cassidy grossly misrepresented not only himself, but the skills and abilities of his entire "team." Mr. Cassidy was absent the entire execution phase of this project and seldom available for a phone call. Everything they did had to be re-done at least twice. Everyday was 2 steps forward, one step back. Some days was 2 steps forward, 2 steps back. They can't paint. They can't drywall. They can't tile. They can't do plumbing. The first time we tried to use our new shower, it flooded the entire bathroom and my basement. After the flood, Mr. Cassidy removed his "employee" and hired a competitor to redo the majority of my bathroom. The competitor spent 3 weeks at my house correcting most of the mistakes made by RER, but not all. On multiple occasions, I had to purchase additional materials to compensate for improper installation and excessive waste by RER. This added to my investment cost, as well as extended the duration of the install time. RER has done irreparable damage to my new bathtub and vanity. The Razors Edge Renovations team has not only personified incompetence but has also epitomized unscrupulous and deceptive business practices. I don’t think Sean ever planned on delivering a quality product to me. I think his intent was always to take my money and leave me with an overpriced, poorly installed, maintenance nightmare for my family and I to endure. Save yourself a lot of money and a lot of grief by avoiding this company.
