My 83 year old mother purchased an $11.99 packet of dog glucosamine supplements 2 days ago, I am writing on her behalf. Her name is ****** ******. Although she purchased a package of the supplements, some how they didn't make it into her bag at your Huber Heights, OH location. She later called the store and someone told her just to come back in and show the receipt and they would give it to her, which she did. A 20 something year old \ "manager" took my mother's receipt and said they would have to "check the footage of the camera in store", which they did and apparently then they needed to "check the security footage of the parking lot," which they did. The store "manager" then returned simply to tell my mother that it's her responsibility for ensuring she has the product and not theirs and didn't give her a refund or the product. My 83 year old mother was embarrassed as apparently associates congregated to discuss this. She was made to feel like a criminal and she didn't get the product she paid for. I have told her to dispute the charge with her credit card. As a lawyer, the treatment of my mother was appalling. I am filing the complaint here with the BBB to request a refund of the dog glucosamine supplements of $11.99 plus tax or for her to actually get a package of them as she paid for them.
