This company has misrepresented themselves in many ways. I paid for equipment up front to be able to quit without a pentalty. I was moving into an area I didn't know about what type of service was available. By having me sign an agreement as per normal. Then they Iied about any fine print they escaped my original requested. I lost my money and would never had them as a provider. I called to talk with them about cancelling because the service was not strong enough and they verified it was not strong or fast enough for my area. They have threatened to make me pay a full 2 years for quitting early. Told me I would have paid for the equipment anyway that's why they sent me the contract to sign. I stayed a customer with horrible service and felt it was dehumanizing. I called them in May 2022 to cancell beginning June 1st. I told them I would call if I had any issues. I don't want them 1 day extra. I called them in June by the 7th the service was not shut off. They told me I was too callback, was in my notes?????? I speak English and so should the people in this country or whom I deal with. To change my words is American injustice. If you mis understand me you should apologize and admit your wrong!!!! This company is terrible trying to steal from a senior cancer survivor. They then sent me a bill in July for service I didnt want or need. On the bill it stated I could have cancelled my service contract earlier. Which was not the case in 2020 it was not the same trems discussed. I am not paying for service not rendered for 30days. Then ****** told me I had to send back equipment I paid for. I called them they said I had to pay $100.00 minimum to have a technician remove this from my roof and pay extra for repairs firm the installation. I live in a 2 story home alone after cancer not a possibility I can have the strength to do this. A State Trooper neighbor had to assist me. This is ridiculous. I sent the transponder back with their label. Then they called several times accused me of not returning the transponder. I called and they said to me I was responsible to track the return through *** on there printed receipt. Pure harassment. They had cancelled my account a month after my request by July 7. Now a year after they have been trying to collect for service not rendered. This is theft!! They are using debt collector and attorneys, band previously blockef my calls when I tried to talk to someone unless I paid up front first. I would never recommend this company on my deth bed!!!
