A wolf in sheep's clothing that will rip you off

We completed ****** work about 2 months ago where we did a walk around to confirm her satisfaction numerous times.After leaving the job site and getting a call back that she was not happy with the work, we came back free of charge to ensure her satisfaction and made the corrections desired. We received another call that we went back to address a 3rd time to make adjustments necessary to ensure her satisfaction. She said everything was excellent, so we left, but got a 4th call the next day and went back, then a 5th call the day after and went back to ensure she was happy before she made final payment. We proceeded to do extra work for her at no charge to make sure we left ***** satisfied to uphold our satisfaction guaranteed. After revisiting her property a total of 5 times after the work was completed to make sure she was satisfied, we came to the conclusion that working with her is not the right fit for us. Our employees were treated with much disrespect on her property, yelled at and had the cops called on our lawn crew for parking in her drive to do their weekly mow.She is located on a busy road and for the teams safety and the safety of others we deemed this necessary.We went on to provide her with a refund for the remainder of the season for the lawn service she prepaid for. We confirmed working with ***** any further was something we were not comfortable doing after multiple threats to take us to court and name calling that provided an unhealthy environment for our team.Although many companies would sum this encounter up to someone that cannot be pleased and move on, we continued to show up striving to make ***** happy.We stand by our quality of work and ***** shared numerous times how happy she was with the end result. Before we left the property each time she said she was happy. Taking her word for it each time, we would proceed to leave the property.We currently have a 5 star rating on ****** ** ******** where you can find countless satisfied customers. Unfortunately, in this one situation we were not able to satisfy ***** as much as we tried and were no longer comfortable stepping foot onto her property - hence the refund we gave her to cut ties.To anyone readingplease give us a call with any landscaping needs.
