I am very disappointed . We were suppose to have them come to the house on 5/2/2025 for them to come out and give us a quote.. Our son even left work so he could be here also. No call and no show. I called the center for another appointment for 5/3/25 and they told me they would be here at 9.00am sharp and it is almost 10 am and still no call and no slow. Now I will not want there service.. Not reliable.. ******* ****

We had a whole house system installed. They were very helpful up through the installation. Now we need a check up water test because we still have sediment. We have been stood up 3 times, no phone call no nothing. After contacting **************** and having them promise to get someone to help us and we have heard nothing. For the cost of our system which was 10k, this company has horrible customer service. I would not recommend this systemLeaf Home Stair Lift

I was looking into the purchase of a chairlift. I was unsureand **** the ***resentative I needed more than three days to check out and review.He assured me that until the crew that came to remeasure the steps ,I would be able to decline the offer.I was told the crew would be 10 days to two weeks until they could come.I received a call the following week telling that they would be arriving the folllowing Monday. I contacted the office and told them not to send the crew. I then inquired about the refund of 4000 dollars.The ******* informed me that He could not do anything about the refund.I mentioned to him the *** said it could be cancelled.He told me the *** had just started the job selling chairlifts and what he had told me was true for his previous job of selling gutters. I have contacted the company 4 times since and have been informed someone would return a call and I would receive my money back. I have not had a returned call yet nor my money ***** dollars is alot for no work being done.Leaf Home Stair Lift

My name is ********* *********. I recently purchased a stairlift from Leaf. **** ********* was my sales person. He was very helpful and guided me through the process. He was very understanding of our needs and helpful. ******* Servic was our installer. He was very efficient and knowledge of the system and helped my wife and myself understand the usage of the lift. He was here for about 2 hours and was done. My overall experience with this company has been great. I will defiantly recommend going with themLeaf Home Stair Lift

year and a half and have returned to finish work or fix items that need to be changed. Also repair damage done to my property. called and scheduled and they did not show up or call in time stated by them. they will no longer respond to me. wasted money, lied to, complete fabrication. they won't let me leave no stars, they do not even deserve one.Leaf Home Stair Lift

On Sept. 18, 2014 came home open my garage door and my ceiling was falling down and one of the pipe had developed a pin hole which was shooting water to my ceiling. Had to ran in the house and cut off my well pump. Called them to fix. Guy kept walking around and told me to turn on my pump. When I did my pump didnt have any water. So he lifted because it was getting late. On 09/19/2024 They send the original guy who installed. But I found the problem after the guy left end on09/18.The water had been flowing for a couple of hours. Water stand in garage and water was dripping from the ceiling. The guy he saw the pinhole when I showed it to him. I had to get a plumber out to get my pump foot value fixed. The jets were damaged because it was trying to **** up mud. Costed me $180 had to run from my neighbors waterline to prime pump ive called him several times. Then the guy called and told me he had filed a claim it would take three weeks. They took my piece of pipe. They said they had to take it because they had to go to the manufacture to see why it was the defect kept calling them, a regional manager name *** called didnt leave a return call but was able to get it from my ID phone. Kept calling no response then his phone wouldnt answer anymore. Then I called the guy back in the office and he kept tell me hes gonna call hes gonna call. But he never did so I called the guy back which the number had been changed so I couldnt call anymore. I had to clean up all the ceiling tiles so I can get into my garage. Plus I have black mold in my garage I have health issues. I have chronic heart failure and I have respiratory problems. Dont understand why they just dont fix the problem which they created and the day after it was installed, I called the salesman ***** ***** to come and get that item because I was not satisfied with the line running up on my deck. Our stair chair was installed July 14, 2022 & has worked well until hurricane ****** hit ********** on Sept. 27. No power for 7 days. Chair beeped periodically for 2 days then stopped. Power back on Oct. 7 & chair doesnt work. I called Monday & again today. I was assured a technician would call me by the end of the day. No one has called. I have arthritic *************** has had total knee replacements. Chair may need a battery or a button pushed. Im a retired ********** husband is retired veteran. We dont know anything about troubleshooting stair chairs. Someone could at least call me to set a repair time.Leaf Home Stair Lift

I had a tub installed and after 30 days we started having problems. It's been 2 1/2 years and cannot get anyone to service our tub. Cannot even get a phone call back from service department. This place is Horrible.Leaf Home Stair Lift
