Date of Transaction: 2/15/24 Receipt not received until: 4/22/24 I ordered 2 large planters, $944, plus I paid an additional $376 for shipping. Never received an order confirmation. Never received the invoice or receipt until AFTER I told them I would write this review. The planters, weighing 350lb EACH, were shipped in one large box that was specifically for stand up outdoor water fountains, NOT for these planters. Both planters were in the same box stacked on each other and laid on their side; extremely dangerous that upon opening that the top one would just roll right off. Instead of packing them correctly, in their own individual standup boxes that you can just lift the top off, they chose to stack them in a box intended for a different product, and still charge me for the shipping. I contacted them about it and they hid behind their terms, blamed the manufacturer, said that it's my responsibility, as a residential customer with no special equipment, to unload them. Back and forth for weeks with rude and unhelpful responses from Donnette Lewis, most of which were copy and pasted, likely from the owner or manager who chose to hide behind their customer service rep instead of stepping up and helping to resolve the issue. Finally, I had to find some guys at **** ***** and pay them $300 to help unload the planters safely. And to top it off, the planters were the wrong color. Donnette said to take it up with the manufacturer. Somehow it was everyone else's fault but their own. It was my fault that I was unable to unload 2-350lb planters by myself that were packed in the wrong box. It was the manufacturer's fault for sending the wrong color. Instead of providing solutions or help, they just pointed the finger elsewhere. If I'm paying for the shipping, then ship it appropriately They finally sent the receipt more than 60 days after the order, and AFTER I told them I would file a complaint. They should not be an accredited business -- they are just resellers
