            BBB files indicate this business has a pattern of complaints concerning consumers having issues with non-delivery and lack of communication from the business. Consumers report they receive a confirmation email as well as tracking information related to their order. However, when tracking their order, they see it has been delivered to another address in a different state. Also, when consumers try to call the business, they report the number has been disconnected and they do not receive replies to emails. On January 12, 2024, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. To date, BBB has not received a response from the business.

            In February 2023, BBB investigated Lamouren’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints and scam tracker reports. Specifically, within the complaints and scam tracker reports consumers indicated they purchase an item and never received it or is asking for a refund. On February 09, 2023, BBB checked the website www.lamouren.com to determine when it was created and where it was registered. The website was created on November 10, 2022 and the registrant name/information was not disclosed. In February and March of 2023, your BBB reached out to Lamouren in writing via email, postal mail and by phone seeking background information on the business. To date, BBB has not received a response from the company. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Lamouren.

            This is the third time I've reported this to the BBB, and I have nothing from you about my situation. December 26, 2023, I purchased A 58"african american Mrs. Santa Claus from Lamouren for $80.37 and never received my order. The order # ***** is what I was given and promised delivery within 3 weeks and as of today I have received nothing. I have tried to contact them with the email address on their website and they never respond. The telephone doesn't work. I know I will never get a refund. My question is why is this website is still operating and continue to cheat people out of their money. Whatever you have to do , this fake business needs to be taken down so they stop stealing money from people.

            Lamouren is a scam ordered two heaters from them for $223.44 and never received them. Phone number dosn"t work and no reply to E-mail! just want our money back!!!!!
