          • Memberships & class packages are not returnable/refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or retail items. Pass expirations are firm, no extension. Registrations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to start to receive account credit (no cash refund). Shanti Yoga Love is not responsible for loss of access to streaming classes or private services resulting from user equipment failure, internet connectivity issues or streaming service (Zoom or other) malfunction. 

            Gift certificates may be used only for product(s)/service(s) specified, no cash exchange. Seller is not responsible for lost/stolen gift certificates. 

            Retail product sales are final (no return/exchange due to sanitary concerns).
