    On June 22, 2022, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) reached out to PRTY GRL BEAUTY LLC regarding a concerning pattern of complaints that appears disproportionate given the size of the business. Consumers have reported the following issues:

    • The business's website indicates that orders may take up to 17 days to process and ship (up to 14 days for processing and up to 3 days for domestic shipping). However, there are multiple complaints that orders are significantly delayed or that products are never received.

    • Consumers who have attempted to contact PRTY GRL BEAUTY LLC about their orders have reported that the business does not respond and, in some cases, blocks further communication.

    • The business has been unresponsive to BBB’s attempts to address these complaints and has not provided any feedback or resolution to the concerns raised.

      I paid for priority USPS shopping for DELIVERY within 3-4 business days. The order was placed on 7/29/24. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter whose birthday is 8/9. This business owner who does not have a business team, emailed me back on 7/31/24, stating "hi! you should receive updated tracking info very soon, we're experiencing a bit of a delay due to a high volume of orders. your order hasnt been printed yet, but once it is you will receive a tracking number! thank you so much for your patience and please allow a few days for your tracking info to update! azia xx" This is unacceptable! This business has tons of negative reviews where people placed orders and never received what they ordered and could not contact the business for help with their order status. I need my order shipped promptly.

      On the 12th of August I ordered two products from her website and recieved an email that the order was confirmed and that my order number was ****. Two weeks pass with no update whatsoever so I check the website to view my order, but the website had been temporarily taken down. I then emailed her to ask about the order and if I would get a refund or my items and got no response. After a third week of zero updates I check her Facebook and tiktok and instagram and see her comments have been disabled for the last few posts, and that her Facebook posts had comments of people also not receiving their orders and not being able to contact her. I message her on Instagram hoping to get an update from there and did not receive an answer. It has now been over 5 weeks without a single notification of my order since I placed it. I would appreciate either the products I paid for, or the money that I paid back.

      In late Mid-July 2022, I ordered two orders on accident. She refused to cancel the second accidental order by not responding to the email I sent. I decided if theyd ship fast I would just have double, whatever. This never happened. I kept giving her patience because I knew she was pregnant. However, this woman (the owner) has decided to fall off the face of the earth randomly as of August 3rd. I have liked her products before but I will never be ordering from her again and I just want my money back for the two orders she never shipped. I will be opening up a PayPal dispute tomorrow to get my money back. I will ever have my money or my products. Well see which one she picks one I open the case.

      I placed what would be my 4th order with this company on 7/25/22. As of today 9/4/22 there has been no further communication regarding the order. I reached out on social media and my comment was deleted. Since then the owner has turned off the comment section across multiple social media platforms and has disabled the business’ website. Unfortunately of the 4 orders placed this is the second time I’ve dealt with this. The first time resulted in me filing a claim with my bank to which my order magically was shipped 2 days after the complaint was filed and my order was delivered to me. Customers shouldn’t have to this extent simply because the owner doesn’t know how to properly address customer complaints/issues. I get that life happens but this company is in business solely because of the support and money spent from its customers, so I’m confused on why customer service isn’t a priority. The business has amazing products which is why I even gave it another chance after the last issue but from this point forward my business will be elsewhere. It’s a shame that poor business ethics trump the actual quality and experience of the company’s products.

      Absolutely horrible business. Placed my order in July and still have YET to receive it. Never replied to my comments, dms, or emails. Would rather block me instead.The owners name is ************************* and she is *******. Look at all these reviews and complaints. She does not know how to run a business at all. Horrible will never order from this business again.If I dont get my order by this month or a full refund I will be taking legal action since its not only me getting scammed.I already have been in contact with other buyers. HORRIBLE !!!!!!

      Hello. I ordered from this company twice.she was late on processing and shipping my first order, after repetition of trying to get her response form email, DM, comment section etc. i am not the only customer she treats this way.i am in communication with other customers that have gone through the same exact experience. I have contacted her numerous times. I will attach my communications with other customers before she blocks their comments of complaints on her page. I would like to be refunded for both, I let her know I no longer wanted either order as the processing was unacceptable and now since I told her I will be reporting her and making a video to warn other customers of her practices, now she is trying to ship my other order she even said she will drop. I had to comment on her took too to even get her to email me back after she blocked me. She blocks anyone that comments after she ignores emails. She ignored that she was way late rushed to ship once I mentioned contacting my bank, I will return on her dime as she violated her own policies.how she is charging me for the second order after saying she would cancel the second.

      I placed two orders with this company one on April 8th and the other April 16th, and they haven't been shipped out my order after the fact that the processing days on the website says 1-14 business days. It is now going into a whole month (4 Weeks). So far, I tried emailing and commenting under this company business page on Instagram multiple times and no response or update on either. To be exact I emailed 3 times back-to- back by email and commented under her page, the first time she did end up deleting my comment..... So I know she seen my message I'm just not understanding why she is ignoring my message/comments. Honestly this is very frustrating and the fact that this company and the owner is constantly ignoring my messages but is rather focused on restocking her website and promoting more people to shop with her instead of shipping out the current orders that she already has makes me want to file something legal because this is not okay or good business at all and honestly I truly feel disrespected... and apparently I am not the only person going through this issue.... after digging in and doing more research.... I will never order from here again! this is ridiculous that I am having to file a complaint over another company that doesn't care about their customers I don't like to do this at ALL! but at this point the owner is clearly being rude towards me and just ignoring whoever messages for no reason. I am hoping that I will receive some message after this but I guess we will see....

      I placed an order with this business around April 1st. Their shipping policy states “1-21 days for processing”. It’s been over a month and no tracking updates have been sent out. I’ve emailed them on numerous occasions, and even DM’d them. I even attempted to comment on their post and they just delete them. Another one of their customers had the same issue and responded to my comment before they were able to delete it and they deleted BOTH comments. Very unprofessional. They ended up telling me to DM them for a resolution and when i did they just deleted everything and never responded to me. I am furious as i spent my money, and this isn’t the first time this same issue has happened with this company.

      Placed an order on Feb 4th online. The advertised shipping within 5-15 days. My product has not shipped and I have reached out via email and direct message at least 4 times and have not gotten a single response back…even after they posted encouraging customers to reach out via email with any questions.

      I made a $93 dollar purchase from this online shop on October 7th of 2021, and have been going through months of bad customer service with them. The tracking for my order shows it never arrived to the post office (was never shipped) and after about 2 weeks I got a response saying my order was lost and a new one would be sent out to me and to expect a new tracking number the next week. The next week came and it turned into another month and a half trying to get a hold of someone only for them to say my order was already fulfilled and when I clarified it wasn't I was sent a screen shot of a tracking number saying delivered. It was the tracking number for a separate order I had placed which did arrive and I had to clarify again (after about 5 emails I had already sent that included my order number and the corresponding tracking number) that that was not the order I was asking about. After another week I got an email saying a new order would be shipped for me with in a week and that email was sent to me 1/26/22 and I have not received anything, I was not given a new tracking number and I've sent multiple emails and now they have stopped replying entirely to me. I simply want a resolution to this, either a refund or the products to be sent to me so I can be done with this whole ordeal that has been since October of last year ! Thank you so much for your time.
