            Had HVAC unit installed and job was incomplete. There was some sealant/caulk around the connection to the house that was knocked loose that should have been replaced and was not. **** *. claimed this didn't happen, but he was not there. Claims that it was too cold to calibrate the unit so I cannot use it until calbrated??? Heat and air??? I asked for demonstration on how the system worked and I got "there's a manual on your counter." Warranty? Is that in the manual? It is pretty simple that I want a system that works with customer service that is respectful. **** * is not respectful and is condescending.

            A guy pulled a knife on me Tuesday 12.12.23 and i went to HR, which has a ZERO TOLERANCE in violence. I went in Wendsday and told them what had happened all for them to pretty much said I aggressive and agitated. Which I was a little but never was disrespectful. HR pretty much said they dont have the story so they dont know who to beleive. When I in fact has a witness there. Im sure the witness said what happened but they twisted it to make their own story. So I decided to call off the following day since all this is just a little much. I receive a call from my "boss" or whoever this guy is saying that quote above. He pretty much said to not come back but yet I quit.. So lets bring this wack a** company to a place where it belongs. Any help in this will help justify it a little but for now this company is winning and for no reason.Here are the screenshots of the conversation:***************************************************************************************
