      We took are truck to have timing chain and motor rebuilt on July 14 2023 and it is now July 15 2024 and we still don't have are truck back. We keep getting the response it will be ready tomorrow and yet tomorrow never comes. We have been dealing with aamco custom care and they have been in contact with the shop and been on 3 ways calling to find out what is going on they give there own customer care person the same answer we get it will be ready tomorrow, and yet we are still waiting. When is enough enough.3

      AAMCO was contracted to rebuild the transmission of my 2008 Ford Fusion for $3,960.89, which was paid in full upon completion on September 2nd, 2022. There were transmission shifting issues in May of 2023, while under warranty. Car only operates in "Limp Mode." Drove to AAMCO May 24th. I called a week later..."working on the valve body", weeks later, still working on it. In June, still working on it. I always had to call AAMCO...Brad Heys doesn't call back. Then a PCM module was testing bad, after the transmission was supposedly fixed.....the car was not driveable.. This went on for MONTHS. I have phone log notes starting August 4th....through November 6th detailing phone discussion. This smells of FRAUD. On November 3rd, I told Brad Heys to STOP working on the car. He would not release the car to my towing company, Brad wanted money....the car is NOT fixed, and likely not driveable. I contacted an attorney November 3, 2023. As of November 29th, 2023 the car status is not resolved, still at AAMCO. This business needs to be shut down. I'm contacting Dave Yost, Ohio Attorney General.

      I paid AAMCO to fix my car had coolent leak and ran hot they been had my car 3 years excuses and took parts I paid for they say replace but didn't they put old parts back on they just brought my car back to me today June 7 2023 they took my car7,03,2020 I had return it to the 4 times they had towed it same day I took it from them both of my parents was living I just buried my mom in March 22/2023 I have been paying Lyft for all this time every time I talk to them it was them taking parts replacement and my car got returned dead and damaged I have pictures of my car before I gave them they just been making excuses and I still have yet to have things fixed they sent my car to other people and they damaged my car worse up under my hood I have pictures and they had the nerve to give me a 250 check that's nothing to compare to the damage and my car not fixed they told me I can't drive in the snow I have no traction now . nothing all this things is new . Today is the 6/7/2023 I don't want anyone to endure this mistreated because I am a black disabled woman they lied took advantage of me . I need help the main company need to do something as I am doing this I just found they not even BBB accredited neither do they have a solid company foundation so they took my car and damaged the inside of my white interior in my xj jaguar supercharger we asked them could they fix it up front they lied for money and to do rasist stuff to me as a woman . This has did a lot to my mental and heart .

      The car came in for repair on 5/1/2020 to have bolt holes repaired and a water pump gasket, after repair the vehicle left the shop on 5/18/2020. The vehicle returned for a second time for a different issue (to have a cooling fan and control module put in) on 7/16/2020. We had to utilize ******* ******** to assist with this repair due to the type of vehicle. Miss **** was aware of which facility the Jaguar was taken to and agreed to the repair. The car returned 10/23/2020 and never left the facility due to the severity of the issue. We were unable to keep up with the repair as once something was repaired another, unrelated, issue would occur and cause an issue with the repair we did on the control module. We used a third party company to program her module and they were unsuccessful with the programming. Numerous modules were used and replaced with no avail, nor was she charged for any additional module, Aamco covered that cost. The real issue she has is with ******* ********, they are the ones who repaired her module. She paid for repairs that were completed so she will not be able to get any refund. She still has an outstanding balance for a 4 tire package that we did not collect from her, which we allowed her vehicle to leave without paying and offered her the $250.00 check as a refund from the programming company. We cannot honor a refund on work that was completed.

      I rejected it because of the fact it was so simple for them not to come and touch my car they destroyed my car nothing works in it I have video of how they sent my car back to me . They took things off my car and sent it back worse than it was . My car is a Jaguar and it was not all that stuff going on. This company took from me because I am black and a woman they kept giving excuses to everything only to bring my car bad dead I have been spending money for new battery that I never had problem with before this company rips people off I never authorized anyone to touch my car over and over they hired them I am from Atlanta Georgia I don't know about anything here . My son made the deal with them they changed me 3000 dollars only to destroy my car over I never have driven my car since they had it . These people are destroy the real companies name because in Atlanta they are very different. Here they are not truth I spent plenty of money in Lyft they use to give loaners cars out but made excuses over and over so they treated me like I was nothing destroy my car someone should be held accountable for keeping my car 3 years and only to bring back more something needs to be done this is not right.i didn't owe anything because they said I didn't 3 years and they took money only to have the car do the same thing 4 times for coolent everything else was working now nothing works transmission problems I never had none of my stuff work inside the car.

      Over a year ago my Veloster Turbo broke down as my Turbo Charger needed to be replaced. I have them worked on my engine, said my Turbo Charger unit needed to be replaced and had me paid around $1905.21 for the new unit/labor, the vehicle was still feeling weird, like it was still struggling/Driving rough but they said, I needed to replace the spark plugs. 10 months later, my Turbo charger part broke again. Took it there and the manager have me to leave my car with them as the work and part was still under the warranty period, time went by and after a month of being at the shop, they said they are still unable to find a new turbo charger unit and they don't know of to when they could get a new one in. However, the manager said he has found a place the have them but I needed to paid an additional $800 to get it, even tho, my part was still under warranty by the vendor. I've provided them with the money and waited for about over a month, for them to have my car fixed, every time I've asked for an update they keep on coming up with more and more excuses, like shipment delays, and so on. Needless to say, When I got my car back... 2 month later, I've took my car to another shop to check the new service engine light on my dashboard. I've told the certified mechanic the my Turbo charger was replaced and they expressed that it did not looked as it was replaced at all, also it was leaking oil so bad the all filters were soaked in it. I went back to AAMCO and spoke with the manager who said, they did replaced it and try to show me the part information on his computer, and he doesn't believe the vendor would provide me with a refund. I've conferenced in the other mechanic and after she provided details of their findings and expertise opinions, The AAMCO manager stated they only have replaced the cartridges in the Turbo Charger NO the whole unit as it stated in my invoice. At this point, I cannot trust these people to do the service they promised. This is considered Fraud.

      Manager **** Called my back on Wednesday, 09/07/22, stating they'll be getting the new unit by 09/12/22, so we can proceed to correct the issue in my Vehicle.
      I've asked him if they are going to have my car fixed and ready on the same day, as I'm not planning on leaving my car there unless my car is fixed and ready for pick up on the same day, and he agreed that would be the case. He said he would be calling me back on Monday to let me know if he got the part and for when to drop  my car off and get it fixed. 

      As of 09/13/22, he hasn't called me back to have the car scheduled for service and completion of the already paid work that was never done, twice now. 

      I'm still waiting for them to fix my car or to provide a full refund.

      Originally took truck to have transmission replaced in November 2021. Got the truck back at the end of December and the check engine light has been on ever since. The truck broke down on me while driving 2 times. And I have been in the shop at least 5 times for repairs since I got the truck back. They keep my truck for days to weeks when doing these repairs. Also window got busted out on the shop property as well as nails in the tires, so I also need a new set of tires.

      This aamco location received my car at the beginning of December 2021 to replace the transmission. They received payment in full for the repair quote given on December 14, 2021. It has been 6 months and I still do not have my car back. I have asked for the repairs to stop and for the return of my car but this has not been done. I asked the shop to keep my car locked after I found it was being stored in front of the business with my doors unlocked. I was notified by policy recently that my car was involved in a break in while in front of the shop. The manager never notified me of this incident and still has not addressed it with me. I had some valuable items stolen from my glove box. I went last week to follow up about the situation and no one was in the shop. I yelled for someone and waited 5-10 minutes with no response. I called two days in a row with no answer and a message stating the voice mail is full.

      My Truck was serviced by this company and has been back twice for completion, the truck still isn't operating as it should and I have been unable to get the problem resolved. Although there has been some communication, they have not been able to take care of the problem. I have paid over $3700 for a transmission repair and have not been able to resolve the issues with the vehicle. I'd like to have a partial refund or the vehicle repaired at their expense at a dealership of my choosing
