            We have had nothing but problems with a medical recliner and service is horrible.

            The customer purchased a lift recliner on 11/20/2020. The only service call made regarding this purchase was on 3/24/2022. The service tech determined one of the motors was not working and needed to be replaced. The customer was advised the part would be ordered and when the part was received, then a service call would be scheduled for the repair/replacement work. An estimated delivery date for the part was provided by the manufacturer of 4/6/2022. On 4/7/2022, chair user came into the store and spoke with both store owners. We advised the customer that parts can be difficult to get at this time and we would contact her when the part was in to schedule the repair. The customer explained the challenge not having the lift chair has created for her, so we offered to provide a loaner chair, at no cost, while we wait for the replacement part. The customer was allowed to test the loaner chair and agreed it would work as a temporary solution. The loaner chair will be delivered on 4/8/22 in the afternoon per the customer request.
