      Jackie left verbal response on BBB staff voicemail (**):

      The ID number is ********, in regards to ***** *****. ***** had contacted us. He had ordered outfits from our website. He contacted us and I told him that we did not have that style available, would you like to pick a different style? We sent him a picture of another style and we said its not the same, but it's similar to it. it's not blue, but it's jade in color. We spent him that special, because he wanted those two. We sent him the two of them, I even sent him tracking number when it was shipped off. He received our ordered two items forwarded to him, wore them and then called back and said that he wanted a refund. I told him that we was not able to get my refund, you cannot wear items then put back in the box and expect for you to get refund. And as a matter of fact, we are a small business and we do not give refunds. We have developers that update the website from time to time. When there is stuff that we have that is sold out or we no longer have it, the developer has to go ahead and we don't do it. And if a customer order something and we don't have it in stock I always get in contact with them and say, Hey! We don't have this available. Would you like to try something else? If they said Yes, we go ahead and send it to them, if its no, we'll refund your money back. But in this case, ***** wanted 2 of them. And we sent the two identical outfits to him was that packaged, he wore both of them. Either he wore with a friend or he just gave friends or whatever but he wore is and send it back. I didn't talk to them so that he wanted a refund. And I told him that we cannot give him my refund, we can’t have customers out there wearing our outfits, going parties or whatever, we have to pay for the shipping, and then you're gonna go ahead and send it back and expect to get a refund. It does not work that way. Businesses cannot stay in business, if customers are abusing the small business, ordering the stuff, wearing them, dirtying them up, and then sending them back to us and expect to get a refund. So in a case like this, it will not be any refund. And I explained to him, and I told him that there's no refund. He knows this and he kept saying oh I'm going to do this to you and I'm going to do to the company, the company has been so upfront with ***** *****
