      On July 12 I gave Cleveland hard surface A check for $5038.24 for my shower the tile was completed on August 30 at that time I gave them the last check of $5038 which at that time I was told ****** Glass would be able to measure for my shower door I had told Luke the owner of the company at the beginning of this that I wanted the shower door tracklist with the rollers up top his estimate was $3205 installed ****** glass came out and did the measurements Luke intern called me after I picked out the shower door he told me the shower door would be $1026 more because I picked the door with the Hydro slide rollers and the 3/8 inch glass. I contacted ****** glass as they indicated that the $3200 would more than cover the door the door would be around $2200 Luke intern said that the extra money is to cover his time for off site scheduling and coordinating A successful installation , according to ****** glass all Luke dead was call them and scheduled the technicians out he never went to their show room . I intern requested that Luke Refund me the money for the shower door and I would proceed on my own he has refused to contact me back or make any indication of the refund I had even indicated that he could keep the thousand dollars for his two phone calls he made just give me the $2200 . I have talked to ****** glass they hasn’t even written up my estimate so I don’t know how Luke came up with the extra thousand dollars when the bill was not even presented to him as of yet. ****** glass does not want to be in the middle of this I don’t blame them I am now out the &3205.00 and out of a company to proceed purchasing the shower door

      Dear Kristie,

              It has been brought to my attention that our former client in ***** ********** with a negative balance has a complaint against our company. We were not able to fulfill the needs of the glass door due to the multitude of change orders including the shower curb and shower niche. Upon reading the complaint that was filed we noticed the omission of the change orders that were made during the shower installation. The unpaid additional charges include removing the tiled shower curb and upgrading to marble to match the upgraded shower niche and marble shelf. These additional charges exceeded the clients budget and when they were asked to provide additional funds to complete the glass installation they declined. The shower door the client desired was a top of the line unit that was not outlined in the original quote. Again additional funds were required to upgrade to a heavier door which the client refused to pay. I have sent notice of the negative balance and have received no response. ****** Glass reached out to me and mentioned they refused to work with this client. I wish this client the best resolution possible offering a zero balance with our company. As to the installation of the glass the client said they would be working with a glass company independently.

      I disagreed with Luke he has not contacted me in any way regarding this I paid extra for the curb it also shows in my estimate that he was to put in a foothold and a niche I did away with away with a foothold in ****** Glass has indicated that they will not work with Luke however they will work with me.

      additional information Luke is indicating that I have a zero balance where the $3200 for the door goal
