We hired Windows Universe last year to install 17 windows at our home and they did a great job. This year we decided to replace three additional windows, in our garage, and did not hesitate to call them again. Their work and craftsmanship is outstanding. When they came out to measure and give us an estimate, they were prompt, polite and on schedule. They kept us informed each week with an update as our windows were being manufactured. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for Windows.Window Universe Cleveland, LLC Response

Had Window Universe install 2 storm doors on my 1880 home. Great experience all around - from the first phone call to the very end everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, ON TIME, and respectful of my property. They did a great job and clearly care about the quality of their work and about making sure I was satisfied. The installers were literally the best contractors I've ever hired - they were on time, communicated well, were very cheerful during the install and just did a great job. First class outfit from front to back. Everyone you deal with is experienced and highly professional, from office support to sales to installers. Everybody knows their stuff. No matter how many questions you ask, they always have answers. And I am someone who asks a lot of questions. Was also impressed by how personable everyone is, especially the installers. It is always stressful to have strangers in your house doing things, but these guys made it as stressless as possible. Nice friendly guys. Everything was efficient and went like clockwork, from the first phone call, quoting, installation, and follow up. Been a homeowner for 20 years and dealt with a lot of contractors, but never had such a positive experience. This place should give classes on customer service.Window Universe Cleveland, LLC Response

Everything about Windows Universe was great from the quoting process, measure, manufacturing to installation. First started with my awesome Sales Rep Lance who understood my needs and provided a straight forward quote. I stopped by the showroom to see the windows in person and Lance greeted me gave me a walk through and I made the purchase on the spot. The price was very competitive in comparison to the competitor with the name in reverse :). After purchase Dustin came out for some official final measurements and I received weekly emails on the status of my windows and patio doors. About 8 weeks later I got the call your windows are in and installation was scheduled for the following week. The installation team arrived on time and were very professional and all worked well and treated my home like it was their own home. We have used Window Universe twice. Two years ago we replaced our downstairs windows, and just recently called them again to replace our upstairs windows. Both times we were really happy with not only the quality and value of the product, but also by their excellent communication, customer service, and the crew that installed the windows.
