I bought car on 4/16/2022 from the said car lot, he said the transmission needed programmed not a big issue an wouldn't effect the way the car drove so going off his word I bought the car. I called him maybe an hour later an ask for a refund or the car to be fixed cause I wasn't able to drive it cause it was reving up as I drove it an was unsafe, not to mention it had been in an accident that they didn't disclose and the whole drive side headlight isn't able to be used. I e ask numerous times for a refund or the car to be fixed cause the transmission is bad an he said they put a new one in which is false.

good afternoon, the client bought the car with us, it was specified and made it clear that the transmission was changed and needed to be programmed, the client accepted the deal and said to take it to his mechanic to do it, our company never lied to him if we changed the transmission and we have proof of purchase, we followed the steps of the manufacturer, the original fluid transmission was installed and the transmission works only that it must be programmed, that is why the car was sold 3 times below its value and that fault that the customer says What she began to present to her is a product of the programming that the broadcast needs and she knew about this, that is all that we are going to answer about this case

I bought a used car Sun 5-22-22 . The car broke down Mon 5-23-22 The engine blew up, I paid almost $8,000 for it. It was leaking oil. The dealer told me it was only from an oil change. The dealer wanted to arrange to rent a different car for me but I do not trust them now. They would install a new engine in my car but I would have to pay out of my pocket for it. They told me to bring the car back to them. It is sitting in their lot. I was on the highway & realized they had not closed the hood & the hood came open while I drove on the freeway. It broke the windshield & I had that fixed already.

Per conversation with ****, consumer did bring the car back, but it was not in the condition that it was purchased.  It looked as if it might have been in an accident.  There was damage to the hood and bumper.  Upon inspection, the engine had a hole in it, no something that would happen from a bad motor, but looked to be from an accident.  He offered to help the consumer by paying for the labor if he located an engine, but the consumer denied the offer saying he would file a complaint with the government.  Consumer also said that the hood was tampered with and **** wanted to state the hood was open on the car from the mechanic that the consumer brought with him.
