      I am currently applying for a home loan. While running my Credit report we discovered falsely reported late payment. I called 10/21/22 and was told a supervisor would have to look into for me and get back with me. Finally got a call back 10/26/22 and only thing I was told was everything was reported correctly. Repulled my score 11/1/22 and all prior late payments were gone, and new ones have now appeared. My loan with LCNB was paid off in May 2022 and November 2021- March 2022 have now been reported 30-60 days late. I went in with proof of checked cashed on time, made several phone calls. I have emails stating there are no late payments for dates reported. I am now at risk of losing the house because we are almost a month into this and LCNB will not correct to false credit report. I have managers, supervisors, loan services, finance anyone that will listen, but no one will just fix the mistake.

      I have written this company twice, trying to get a resolution, I applied for a loan, and they asked if I wanted a cosigner and I said yes for the cosigner and then I was told that they would not run my credit if my boyfriend actually worked and made the majority of the money in the home, so I agreed, I did get the loan, but after asking no one’s gonna run my credit inquiry then if they’re just using his and I was told correct So I think somewhere along the line there was huge miscommunication because I would’ve had him just do it himself, I am paying every month automatic but I am trying to buy a home and there’s credit inquiry it’s starting to be somewhat of an issue, so I’m just hoping that we can work this out and you could take the LC bank inquiry off of my credit report I would really and truly appreciate it ????

      Problem:
      I am reaching out to LC Bank to try and have a credit inquiry that they put on each of my three credit reports taken off, I did not authorize this inquiry My boyfriend John T V********** cosigned a small personal loan for me October 2021, I was told that since it was his income because I had no job that they would run the inquiry on his name not mine I am now in the process of buying a home, and the credit inquiry from LC Bank is causing the issue, I asked kindly, and promptly, if they could please remove the credit inquiry on my credit reports, for *******, ***** *****, and ********, if they could please do this ASAP I would really appreciate it I have reached out with no reply, I need this taken care of or I never would’ve done it, I need the inquiry removed immediately thank you so very much God Bless ????
