Hired Parsons Contraction to paint my rental property at **** ***** *** ******* ***** *****, Signed Contract on Sept. 8, 2021,.to do. - Pressure Wash exterior of entire Home including soffit, fascia, gutters, - Make Repairs to Block where necessary. - Caulk, scrape and fill in all voids where necessary. - Mask off all windows and doors as well as take special care of plants and landscaping to ensure against overspray issues. - Apply Block Fill to un-painted block. - Apply ******* ******** Primer. - Apply ******* ******** Super Paint". o Customer to Provide color(s)to Parsons. - Parsons will maintain a clean and safe working environment. Parsons will haul away all job associated debris. After they said the where done and supposedly came back to fix the paint that was pealing off after first rain and touch up. They not only didn't repair what need to be repaired or finish painting the house, they didn't scrap the house or garage before painting nor did they use primer before paint.Business response

There are two sides to every story….
This customer does a great job of sharing the contract language of our agreement simply to hang his hat on a unfortunate mistake that was made by my VP of Operations. My VP states in the scope of work that ******* ******** Primer would be applied prior to ******* ******** Super Paint.
(It’s important to note that the primer is already in Super Paint)
Customer and I addressed this mistake of scope of work over the phone prior to him signing his finance paper work and prior to PCG taking a deposit from him/bank.
He was 100% fine or we would not have proceeded with the contract or the work!
The customer states in his complaint that we “supposedly came back” to take care of his concerns and that we didn’t scrap or make repairs. That’s absolutely not true. I sent SG my inspector to the job site to make a inspection and he stated the job was “95%”. We sent the crew back out as well as SG. Wasn’t good enough for this guy. He wants the entire job redone!
Completely and totally unreasonable…..
This all goes back to my VP making that mistake. He was going to hold my feet to the fire from the start.
