Horrible experience with this company. They have been in my neighbors home to carry out a job. I spoke to them about drywall repair around my window and they referred me to their boss to discuss details. Very unpleasant and bizzare interaction with this person. Never responded and send quote, and did not respond to later phone calls.

We're sorry you feel you had a horrible experience with our company. We spoke briefly on the phone about your drywall repair and we asked for pictures of the work that you needed done. You sent one picture of only a window with no visible drywall damage. We let you know that we couldn't see anything from that picture. You did not provide any more pictures and instead tried to call one more time, but we were unable to answer the phone at that time. This is a very busy time of year for us and we are a very small company. With thousands of calls and messages from potential customers over the years, unfortunately some slip through the cracks. We do our best to respond to everyone in a timely manner, so we do apologize for not getting back to you after that. However, we dispute your claim that your interaction with us was either unpleasant or bizarre. Our communication with you was very brief... a 1.5 minute phone call followed by an exchange of 4 text messages. We were unable to give you a quote based on the picture you sent, but again, we apologize for not responding to your subsequent attempt at getting ahold of us.
