My daughter leased an apartment through Hometeam Properties. I am a guarantor on the lease. In an advertisement for the apartments, it states that offstreet parking is available for an additional charge of $50/month. The lease that she signed at the end of June also states that parking is available at an additional cost. She was sent a parking lease, which she signed and returned. Upon moving in, she was informed that only two spots were allocated for the four person apartment, and that they had been assigned to two of her roommates. She was then told that there are no spots available. She cannot get a city permit, as the address is ineligible. The city tells me that this is because it is the landlords responsibility to ensure that they have enough parking for all tenants. We have been dealing with this since August 5, and the company is dismissive and unresponsive. I am not attaching the whole lease because it has other individuals' personal information in it as well.Initial Complaint

Rental property that I lived at for 1 year will not return the majority of my deposit and made up bogus fees without picture proof and miscellaneous charges to keep the majority of my deposit for this house at 5012 Baycroft Dr Hilliard Oh 43026 it was not move in ready and I have pictures to prove it as well as pictures of proof of what it looked like when I moved in it was the nastiest rental property I ever lived in and the audacity for them to keep the majority of my deposit when it was not warranted they didn’t provide me with any proof of nothing because it was made up on there part and the audacity for them to charge me a tenant inspection fee of $99 when they didn’t even inspect it for me upon move in , I have been in contact with the property manager and not once did she mention that to me when I turned in the keys I want them held accountable for accessing bogus fees with no proof and not returning my full rental deposit back to me !!!
