    I ordered a winter hat from this company as a Christmas gift for my son. The default logo on the website was for intermural football- a program in which the school does not have, nor a program my son is involved in. I tried several times (and which in the end I thought was successful) to choose just the school's logo for the hat. Additionally, you can see from the order receipt, that the logo is not displayed (nor is the text displayed) so I wasn't aware that there was a problem. When the hat arrived, it had the default logo described above. When attempting to contact the company for resolution, they told me: 1. I got what I ordered (again, the order confirmation that was emailed to me (attached) did not display the logo I ordered. 2. They would give me a deep discount on another one which amounted to $4.99. I paid $24.99 and an additional $6.95 shipping charge so they essentially wanted me to spend another $20.00 and another $6.95 shipping charge to make it right. 3. I told them that this was unacceptable and they replied and I quote that "I was just angry because we sent you exactly what you ordered". I find this whole interaction with this company to be unprofessional and misleading. They have since then updated their logos on the website to actually apply to the school. I also see that they mention on the receipt - P.S. Your satisfaction is the reason we come to work every day. If there's anything else we can do for you, contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] or at Phone #: ###-###-####. Try them. They can do great things. which is ENTIRELY not true. Actions I would like taken: - An exchange for the hat I actually ordered OR I will return the hat for a full refund. Also, for them to put a picture of the logo you are getting on the order confirmation (or at least display the text) for future customers so they are not in the same situation I am in. Please advise.     Ordered a special shirt to wear for my brother's memorial, which is Nov 12 (today). It arrived quickly but the collar was damaged. Damage was obvious and I wondered why it shipped like that--quality control seemed missing. I let them know immediately the day it arrived (Nov 3) and told them I needed it for a Nov 12 memorial. They responded quickly saying they'd send me another shirt and I'd get an email with shipping info. Come Nov 10, no email so I contacted them. They said it shipped via USPS the previous day, yet I didn't receive an email notification like they told me I would. And there was no acknowledgement of the fact I wanted the shirt for Nov 12, nor did they tell me it wasn't possible to get the new shirt by Nov 12. So, I feel there are three failures here: 1) Shoddy or no quality control prior to shipping, 2) Didn't acknowledge my explicitly stated need for the shirt by Nov 12 and therefore take appropriate action to make it happen, or simply tell me they couldn't make it happen, 3) Didn't send me an email with shipping notification for the second shirt as they told me they would. I asked for a full refund and was denied because "we completed your order and didn't guarantee a delivery time frame." Both are true and hence why I'm leaving a review vs a formal complaint, but the clear lack of accountability for the above 3 failures is stunning and the utter lack of willingness to offer a goodwill gesture is as disappointing as it gets. If your order is for a special occasion, look elsewhere and avoid Rokkitwear.
